  Tee was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. The team quickly diagnosed my concerns and repaired the issue!!! Start to finish was less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

  The 5 star reviews this Goodyear receives are dead on! David, John, and the crew were so easy to work with - so straightforward with any and all questions we had. Great group of folks. Thanks for making our tire buying experience a breeze!

  I was visiting my aunt in Augusta and her friend/caregiver noticed something hanging down underneath my car. We were on the way to the Nissan dealer when we saw the Goodyear Auto Service. I went in and explained the issue to the young man behind the reception desk. I am pretty sure his name was John. He came out, got on the ground, and looked under the car. He said, “I can fix this. I will get some tools.” In less than ten minutes, we were on the road again to my great relief as I had to drive back home the next day (Easter) when nothing would be open. Many thanks to John—a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable young man with impeccable manners. At some point I will be relocating to Augusta, and the Goodyear will be my first choice for auto service.

  I arrived at this store at 5:23 with a screw in my left rear tire. The service writer John Takats go me written up and a technician was on the task immediately. Screw removed, tire patched from the inside and I was gone at 6:00. Thank You for the outstanding service!!
