  These guys are passionate about taking care of you. I can't express the gratitude i have for them and how they went way beyond their jobs to take care of my wife's vehicle.   I had a great experience at Express Oil Change, thanks to Carl! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and even put together a detailed quote without making me feel pressured. It's refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about taking care of both you and your vehicle. Finding people you can trust with your car means a lot these days, and Carl definitely earned that trust. I'll absolutely be back and highly recommend asking for him if you visit. Great service all around!

  As a woman, i felt very comfortable around these men. They explained what needed service on my car immediately and what could be handled later. Delvin explained how the parts on my car were supposed to be working and even showed me with the car raised up what was leaking and causing problems. I have gotten multiple things on my car fixed here and they never try to upsell me! They change my oil quick in 10 minutes, no appointment. Delvin especially is a friendly, hardworking brother, make sure you ask for him when you come in tues-sat. Love these guys!

  Do not go to this place. I had a situation recently where they did my oil change and 2 weeks after, our car was telling me that the oil is low. I think "thats odd, I just had it changed." Well I had an appointment with dealership anyway so I figured what harm could it be to have them check it out as i feel this is probably beyond what express could handle if the engine is having issues leaking. Well $260 later I'm told the filter was not installed properly. So at this point I'm frustrated. Clearly nobody else has worked on the vehicle and you can clearly see this shop was the last to go under hood. Well not only did they refuse to reimburse as a way to correct the mistake they made, or atleast top off my engine with oil, the manager threw it back in my face that the warranty at bottom of receipt states that any fault from work they do is voided if u take it elsewhere post service besides them. I understand that to a degree but it's called doing right by people and trying to do good honest business to keep customers. I was not even sure my vehicle could have made it to their shop. In conclusion, the buisness has now put themselves in a position to lose thousands of dollars as many people I know are now changing where they have work done as this company can't own up to their mistakes.

  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. The service was fast, professional, and everyone was friendly from the moment I arrived. A special shoutout goes to Carl, who was an excellent technician. He was knowledgeable, hardworking, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Carl explained what was being done to my vehicle and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. It’s not every day you find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I highly recommend Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Thanks again to Carl and the team for a job well done!
