- SFShurnethia FrailsMay 5, 20261.0I have been renting here for years and im a plus memeber , today was just the worst experience i have ever received from Enterprise, Ever, first when i returned the rental, they had me attached to the wrong car!!! a car i didn't even rent, so it was a long drawn out process trying to get that corrected upon returning it, secondly i was told i would be waiting on my deposit which the standard time from bank is a few days which is fine in the amount of $300 no problem, upon checking my account they took a additional $300 out of my account so now i am owed $600, speaking to the office manager DEJWUAN, was like talking to a brick wall he was not apologetic at all and informed me that i would have to wait for the mistake to be corrected so the money that was taken would be back in the account in a few days and it was nothing he could do so now im having to wait for the $300 that was taken out by mistake by them, this is insane i asked for corp number and was given the number , i also asked for the name of the rep that had me attached to the wrong car and that took the additional $300 the office manager stated he did not know his employees names! this is a hot mess and very unprofessional i cant believe enterprise is operating on such carelessness! DO BETTER!!!
