  Sehr gut organisiert! 👍 Es ging recht zügig. Natürlich geht es nicht von jetzt auf gleich ,wie man sich das so oft vorstellt. Wenn die Kundschaft aufmerksamer wäre, könnte einige Zeit eingespart werden !!!

  I am extremely disappointed with how Enterprise handled this damage claim and pressured us into paying approximately $1,930 for damage that was not identified when the vehicle was returned. We returned the vehicle on February 5, 2026 at 8:12 AM. An Enterprise employee walked around the vehicle with us, found no damage, accepted the return, and closed the rental with $0.00 due. At 11:08 AM, Enterprise sent us a routine message thanking us for our business. Still no mention of damage. Nearly eight hours after the vehicle was returned, we received a call claiming the vehicle was damaged. Enterprise later provided photographs showing a scrape along the lower side of the vehicle, but those photos were provided after we had already paid. The vehicle had been in Enterprise’s possession for hours after it was inspected and accepted without damage. Our insurance carrier, Progressive, reviewed the claim and denied it, determining that we were not liable for Enterprise’s damages. Despite that, Enterprise continued pursuing us for approximately $1,930 and warned that the matter could be referred to collections or an attorney. As my husband is a disabled U.S. Navy veteran who has worked hard to protect his credit, my husband ultimately paid the amount to avoid collection activity—not because Enterprise proved we caused the damage. Enterprise has confirmed the claim is now paid and closed, but we are requesting a refund of the $1,930 unless Enterprise can provide clear evidence showing the damage existed at 8:12 AM when the vehicle was inspected and accepted. If Enterprise expects a customer to pay nearly $2,000, Enterprise should be able to prove that customer was responsible. So far, they have not.
