  Unreliable fleet of SUV's CX90 to be exact. Rented a vehicle that lost all power putting me and my family in danger. These vehicles has a documented history of losing power during Hwy driving. Please stay away from this vehicle. Customer service is poor at best when dealing with an emergency. If you don't have your confirmation number they won't even attempt to help you no matter what the situation is. The number that they text you for emergency issues no one answers and no one returns text. How ever I give the manager a 10 for taking care of a issue. But I give the night shift staff a zero for not documenting a potentially fatal flaw with a vehicle that does not need to be rented to another person. This kind of issue with a vehicle could get some one killed. To the young man that was in the back office that I talked to about this vehicle cutting off and losing power 3 times on a crowded interstate once I returned. Please always tell your customer I'm glad you made it safely and I'm sorry this happened not well we rented 3 of these vehicles and no one else had this problem. That statement in itself runs a customer away and triggers a review like this one. You showed no compassion for the situation. To the customer service person that I talked to on the phone while I was having this issue. You don't need your job because you could have easily looked my name up. This was a dangerous situation and you did no service to your customer. No help just I need your confirmation number. Well if I wasn't trying to keep a vehicle that has lost complete power I could have found that for you. By the way I called two separate numbers for help and even text the issue I was having with this vehicle. Enterprise if you dispute this post I will add the screenshot to verify that I did text this. The only reason you got two stars is for the quick rental process and your new manager trying to handle the situation. So over all the experience was bad

  I booked through another rental car place at the airport who did not have a 7 passenger van like they promised and I was panicking and Noone else cared except Mita who did everything she could to get me going. She went above and beyond for us and we will forever be grateful and only use enterprise from here on out. Mita is out at the airport doing the lord's work yall go see her for any of you vehicle rentals.

  I booked a rental 2 weeks ago, received multiple emails and texts from corporate verifying my rental, and received a phone call from this location yesterday confirming my booking for today. I arrived exactly when yesterday’s call asked me to, to be told that there was no car for me to rent. Zero apology or accountability from the employee at the desk and no attempt to rectify the situation. It is completely unacceptable and unethical to conduct business in this way, when I as a customer put my trust in this company. I am now left in a scramble to find an alternative for travel, when again, I booked this reservation 2 weeks in advance.

  Be Aware that if you make a same day reservation they might not have a vehicle for you even if you received a confirmation of the reservation. Not sure what the point of having a reservation system if you can't honor it.

  I recently rented a van to take a bunch of kids on a trip to Louisiana and back, I used priceline to secure the reservation and overall I was very satisfied with using Enterprise Rent-A-Car Pros: Customer Service: 5/5: I was actually very surprised how quick and easy checking the van out and returning it was. The staff was very friendly and professional Price: 4/5: The price was fair, actually the best I've seen. I had no idea renting bigger passenger vans were so expensive Cons: Vehicle: 2/5: I can't complain too much because the vehicle did get us from point A to point B safely. I was however very disappointed when I first picked up the van. On Priceline, when I reserved the van it showed a picture of a very nice, modern Fort Transit Wagon but we actually received a Chevy Express 3500 which is a very very BASIC vehicle. It didn't even have a USB plug so the kids couldn't listen to jams. Also their were a lot of dings and wear with the vehicle that made it less then ideal. There were stains on the seats, the back window was broken (taped up), the AC button doesn't work 100% but luckily we figured out how to fix it and there was a big hole in the back seat. When I picked it up I felt cheated a bit (they show you the nice one but give you the basic one). Like I said, I won't complain too much because the price was decent and the service otherwise was really nice and the van kept us safe on the road. Will use them again in the future if I need a rental car
