And the engine has broken down already. 6k to fix. I fear I bought a lemon from here. And very upset that with only months of getting it, already has a major breakdown. And has now been in shop for 8 days. I will definitely never do business here again. Sad.

Before submitting anything, I repeatedly told Robert that I wanted to test\-drive the vehicle because I wasn’t 100% committed to buying a car I hadn’t even driven yet\. Instead of allowing me to do that first, he called Alex over, and the interaction made me feel even more pressured to move forward\. There were also assumptions made about me trying to afford a “third car” without fully understanding my situation\. I understand that financing requires questions about affordability, but I came to shop for a vehicle—not to be rushed or feel intimidated to by bring more then one person to pressure me. (Robert did that he brought Alex over) I ultimately walked away without purchasing anything\. A car is a major financial commitment, and customers should feel comfortable asking questions, test\-driving a vehicle, and taking time to make an informed decision without feeling pressured\.
