  I left Enterprise Car Sales feeling rushed and uncomfortable with the entire process\. Before submitting anything, I repeatedly told Robert that I wanted to test\-drive the vehicle because I wasn’t 100% committed to buying a car I hadn’t even driven yet\. Instead of allowing me to do that first, he called Alex over, and the interaction made me feel even more pressured to move forward\. There were also assumptions made about me trying to afford a “third car” without fully understanding my situation\. I understand that financing requires questions about affordability, but I came to shop for a vehicle—not to be rushed or feel intimidated to by bring more then one person to pressure me. (Robert did that he brought Alex over) I ultimately walked away without purchasing anything\. A car is a major financial commitment, and customers should feel comfortable asking questions, test\-driving a vehicle, and taking time to make an informed decision without feeling pressured\.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise. It was quick. My Sales person Ace was knowledgeable helpful and kind. she was not pushy. She let me take my time to decide which car I wanted. I would recommend buying a car from them.

  My husband and I purchased a vehicle yesterday 7/10/26 at enterprise capsules Washington Rd and our experience was smooth, professional and on time. Mr. Elijah Brown was very professional and was able to answers every question we had. We went told him what we wanted and he got us driving off the lot the same day.
