    We've been in about six Camping Worlds and had no love for them until the Augusta, GA Camping World. Great store with lots of attractive displays and what appears to be reasonable prices (we were buying accessories, so can't comment on camper sales). The best part was the smiling, pleasant, helpful, happy staff. What a great place. Corporate, take note!

    Aaron Prenatt did a great job showing us the features of a Coleman 17'BX that is a great starter unit. He also showed us different models but this one was the best of the best. Great Job Aaron Thanks Mark & Nancy

    You get what you get I guess.. first experience was amazing she did her best and even when she didn't get a sale she was kind the whole time. Unlike the second time we were coming to look at a destination trailer and I guess dan got aggravated because we weren't gonna make him a sale which is understandable but he could've at least cracked a smile once and explained at least SOMETHING instead of standing in the camper watching us. He's been in sales for a while but no one will sale with that ugly additude.. it bites back. Anyways my advice to you Dan is that you should try to smile and explain some basics when showing people a camper. Sorry agusta but y'all have lost our business.

    I am now amending our review. My Opinion on Jamie still stands and a super special shoutout to George our delivery driver but I don't know what is happening at this location but it very much gives the concept of they don't care once they have your money. Our delivery was scheduled, and confirmed several times for Monday. We call to check in after lunch, and were told the following: The driver left early that morning Then we were told he had been calling our sales associate for the address and was on the way (essentially throwing him under the bus for no reason) Then the service department manager called to tell us the wires were crossed and there's no way for it to be scheduled because the truck was in the shop. It would be the next day, today. The driver arrives, due to no fault of his own he was given the entirely wrong and SMALLER camper. Again, George needs to be compensated because he was the only one throughout this ridiculous ordeal who communicated with us. He immediately went back and brought the correct one. Which was well over a 2 hour drive ONE WAY. Mistakes happen but these are big ones that cost us time and money being as the drop off spot was 2 hours from our home and we took off to be there. To not hear from any form of management or even just sales associate for an apology or explanation is truly just unacceptable. I'm very disappointed considering how optimistic my opinion originally was especially considering the good employees that are there. The lack of communication and accountability is disappointing especially considering the amount of money we spent. I hope there's some real deep diving and training on how to treat customers across the board not just when you're selling them a camper. We are camper virgins and had a relatively good experience across the board when it came to purchasing our new camper especially with 3 kids in tow. A super special shoutout to Jamie Burton, he did our orientation and truly went above and beyond. We did not feel rushed, he answered all questions in the most professional but personal way, included our 4 year old daughter in the conversation and truly overall made us feel confident and comfortable with our purchase. Even though we had amazing experiences with the people we dealt with throughout the buying process Jamie definitely solidified that when we upgrade we will return here to do so. -Heather Cox🖤

    It wasn’t easy to convince Dan and Matt to take some responsibility about a mishap after leaving with my new used camper, but they really came through in the end and stepped-up and did what’s right. The rest of my experience there was great and would otherwise give five stars. We all learned a little something, I think. Nice doing business with y’all. See you down the road!
