  Bought a brand new 2026 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 261BHS on 28 May 2026 with an extended warranty. A window leaked badly during a storm, so I used silicone as a temporary fix to stop water from pouring in. After weeks of Camping World Augusta having my camper, they finally got around to inspecting it and refused to properly repair or replace the window because I had “done a good job sealing it” and it was “no longer leaking.” Their logic is apparently that a temporary bandaid means they no longer have to fix a defective window on a brand new camper. The window still does not function and cannot be opened. That is not a repair. That is excuse-making. If this is how Camping World handles warranty work, buyers should be very careful.

  Had a great experience at Camping World thanks to Cam. He was genuinely helpful and friendly while showing me around. Didn’t pressure me at all since I’m still just looking and figuring things out — just took the time to walk me through different options and answer questions. Really appreciated the laid-back, no-pressure vibe. Looking forward to coming back when I’m ready. Try to ask for Cam if you stop by.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience – The Dream Team! What an excellent experience from beginning to end! The support I received from the entire team was truly outstanding. A huge thank you to Floyd in Sales, Eric in Finance, and Manager Mat. They worked hard to make the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. They genuinely care about providing a great customer experience and making sure everything is handled properly. I call them the “Dream Team” , exactly the kind of team you want to work with when making an important purchase. They made the whole transaction feel effortless. And I definitely can’t forget Travis from the shop! He kept a close eye on the quality, made sure everything was properly checked and prepared, and had the trailer ready and safe for us to pull home. That attention to detail gave me real confidence when leaving the dealership. Floyd, Eric, Mat, and Travis , thank you for the outstanding service, professionalism, and teamwork. You guys made this a 5-star experience! Highly recommended. Note: Floyd especially was incredible to work with , he knows exactly how to deal with customers with patience, respect, and professionalism. He stayed calm, made everything easy to understand, and truly helped ease the entire process from start to finish. He is an amazing guy to work with, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. His future in sales is very bright ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Was immediately lied to by the staff as soon as we got there. Was interested in a camper at another CW in Florida & asked if they could have it shipped down to look at. Tammy, the salesperson, told us it would be zero hassle to have it shipped down for a fully refundable deposit of $1000 if we didn't like the camper. AFTER they ran my credit and attempted to take the $1000 deposit, the GM told me regardless if we liked the camper or not, that they would "hold us to buying it"??? Then after leaving there, Tammy proceeded to call me for 2 weeks straight harassing me over coming back to buy a camper. Why would I want to do business with someone who lied to me?? Now my credit has a hard inquiry & I'm still without a camper.

  If I could give it zero stars I would. I cannot recommend this Camping World based on my experience. I contacted them for warranty repairs that began in September 2025. After months of repeatedly calling for updates, I was finally told in February 2026 that all of the required parts had arrived and that I should bring my RV in for service. Based on that information, I packed up my RV, paid for a hotel, and delivered it to the dealership. Two days later, I was told the wrong parts had been ordered and that they did not actually have everything needed to complete the repairs. I had to retrieve my RV and wait even longer. After several more months of phone calls and even visiting the dealership in person, I was again told in July 2026 that all of the necessary parts had arrived. Once again, I arranged alternate lodging and brought my RV in. As of this review, my RV has been sitting at the dealership for weeks with no estimated completion date, while I continue paying for hotel accommodations because I cannot use my RV. NO work on an RV requires 17 days worth of man-hours to complete. My frustration is not simply that warranty repairs take time. I understand that parts can be delayed. My frustration is that I was twice told the dealership was ready to perform the repairs when it was not, causing me to incur significant, unnecessary expenses ( approximately $6000). A scheduled service appointment should mean the dealership has the parts, personnel, and shop capacity to begin the work, not that your RV will sit in line waiting indefinitely. Throughout this process, communication has been poor, updates have been inconsistent, and I have had to repeatedly initiate contact just to learn the status of my RV which is always either NOTHING, or that the person who handled the service in particular to mine is not there and they can't provide information they don't know or don't want to give the wrong information. As if only one person on the team is able to read what the screen says and ask the technician questions. I hope Camping World takes steps to improve its scheduling, communication, and customer service so that other customers do not experience the same situation.
