- DHDayna HamptonOct 5, 20261.0Please be careful with these cheap car washes!!! I took my car here on 9/27 for a quick wash and unfortunately, I left with damage to the body of my car. On 10/2, I submitted two repair estimates so they could file a damage claim with their corporate office. On 10/5, I received an email stating that, after their “thorough investigation,” they determined they were not responsible for the damage. Keep in mind, this investigation took only one business day. Their explanation was that their machines are serviced regularly, so they determined the machines could not have caused the damage. I’m sharing this because I want others to be aware. You may save a few dollars on the wash, but it can end up costing you much more if something happens to your vehicle. If you choose to use this car wash, just be aware that even if your vehicle is damaged, they may deny responsibility.
- KEKevin ErwinOct 1, 20265.0I’ve always liked this place for the convenience, but came today and found out they have air compressor la at each station, which really makes it easier to clean out the interior and dash. Really nice.
- HWhannah williamsSep 21, 20265.0I love this place! I just bought a new car and when I pulled in, I couldn't figure out how to turn off the automatic windshield wipers, and the auto-brake... Rich and James were both so helpful, and understanding (even after I splashed James with water with my windshield wipers 🤦🏻♀️). Whistle Express has also made some great upgrades recently. I was surprised to see ANY negative reviews on here, but then I realized they were all dated before they made these upgrades. The vacuums have strong suction, and I love the little air blowers for getting into the vents and hard-to-reach spots. I have a membership, and it's a great value for how often I use it. I highly recommend!
