- TSTerra ScalesAug 13, 20262.0The staff lacks professionalism over the phone which is so annoying. Who wants to spend their money with business where they are not treated in a professional manner. Aside from allowing you to make reservations and not always having a vehicle in that class, renting out vehicles with check engine light on and attempting to charge you for something well after the fact of returning your rental and getting into another vehicle once you left a review of your experience, they have work to do. I wouldn’t recommend unless you had no other choice…

She was knowledgeable about surrounding areas and I even watch her go the extra mile for tourist visiting the city by using her translator app. He was also very pleased. 5 stars just for her!

Since it was our first time renting with Sixt, she clearly explained where to pick up the car, how to return it, and all the important rental details we needed to know. She worked quickly to process our information, allowing us to get on the road without any delays. Our reserved full-size sedan wasn’t available, so we received a complimentary upgrade, which was a great bonus and much appreciated. When we returned the vehicle, Amanda completed the inspection promptly, and we received our receipt without any issues. Overall, she provided excellent customer service and made the entire rental process easy and stress-free.
