  Tycie at the Luckie St location was very nice and so full of energy. She checked me in so fast in 15 minutes I was already in my BMW rental and on the road for my vacation. Thanks again Tycie you’re so awesome keep up the amazing work.

  One star because it would not let me select zero. This company booted my car and did not follow state and local laws regarding removing it. There was no 24 hour number which is against the law as well as the number given to us by the company was not answering even though the private parking garage said that there was supposed to be someone to answer that number. I was left stranded until an angel came to help me in that garage. The number for customer service is all Indian people who will hang up on you when you mention that their business practices are illegal and others that tell you that you have to leave the car over night when Atlanta laws state that upon request they have to remove it within a hour. This company is shady and uses illegal practices and you cannot contact anyone for help because you will be sent to a call center in another country where simply… they can’t help you. I would never recommend this company to anyone simply for the way they unprofessionally handle the problems and the laws that they break.

  Fuyez cette agence. Personne ne s'occupe de vous et trouve la moindre excuse pour annuler le contrat et vous laissez en rade sans aucun souci. La manageuse n'est pas du tout sympa et compétente. Plus jamais chez sixt.

  I hired a car from Sixt in Downtown Atlanta and unfortunately the experience after collection has been extremely disappointing. When I collected the car, I was kept waiting for around an hour because the vehicle hadn’t been properly cleaned and still contained used tissues. Duncan, the member of staff dealing with me, gave me his personal mobile number and told me that the $75 compensation he had agreed would be paid within 5 days of returning the car. I had to contact him by text because he doesn’t use WhatsApp. My mobile provider also warned me that the texts would incur an additional charge. Duncan initially replied to say that the payment was “on its way”, but then completely ignored two further follow-up messages from me. I have therefore had to escalate the matter to Sixt’s main customer service team simply to try to get something that was already agreed and promised to me. The original problem was frustrating, but the lack of communication afterwards has been far more disappointing. If a member of staff makes a commitment to a customer, I would expect Sixt to honour it and provide proper follow-up. I am still waiting for this to be resolved. UPDATE: I see you have replied saying you are looking at resolving this 2 weeks later, I’ve still not had a reply from your customer services team. Very poor service. UPDATE ANOTHER 2 weeks later and still no reply or resolution to this. Please don’t believe anything that Duncan says.
