    Certainly! Here’s your review in English: This was my third time booking a car through the company, and the third time I arrived at the office after a 1.5-hour drive, only to be told the car wasn’t available. I had even called beforehand, explained the previous issues, and was assured the vehicle would be ready. Yet again, their excuse was that too many people book online but don’t show up—well, I showed up. This pattern of unavailability despite confirmed bookings is unacceptable. I strongly suggest they improve their booking accuracy and customer follow-through.

    Today I experienced a completely unacceptable situation. I had reserved and fully prepaid a rental car for three days, including full insurance, several days in advance. I arrived at the rental office exactly at my scheduled pickup time, 9:00 AM. After a few minutes, I was told that the vehicle still needed to be prepared and that we should wait approximately 10 minutes. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, it became obvious that nothing was happening. We urgently needed to leave because we had to check out of our accommodation and had an approximately eight-hour drive ahead of us to Miami, with a planned stop in Orlando. We had already paid for hotels, attraction tickets, and other reservations along the way. Throughout the entire interaction, I had the impression that the staff simply did not want to provide the vehicle we had reserved. Instead, they repeatedly tried to upsell us to a different vehicle costing roughly twice as much. We declined because we only wanted the car that we had reserved and paid for in advance. The situation gradually escalated. The employee at the counter started shouting at me, which I find completely unacceptable. Yes, I was frustrated because I found myself in a very stressful situation, but that does not justify treating a customer in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. The situation ultimately ended with the staff telling me that they would not serve me and that they would simply refund my money. This is an astonishingly poor level of customer service. Refunding the rental fee does not compensate for the disruption caused by the company’s failure to honor a confirmed reservation. Because of this, customers risk losing prepaid hotels, attraction tickets, valuable vacation time, and incurring additional expenses. What concerns me most is that the company accepted my reservation, took my payment, confirmed a specific pickup time, and then failed to provide the service it had contractually agreed to deliver. Instead of finding a reasonable solution, the staff chose to refuse service altogether. I have never experienced such an unprofessional approach from a car rental company. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and falls far below what any customer should expect.

    I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Sixt, and I truly cannot say enough good things about Brendetta and Amanda. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine care that completely exceeded my expectations. Brendetta was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient. She made the entire rental process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and taken care of. Her positive attitude and warm personality instantly stood out, and it’s rare to meet someone who is both highly professional and genuinely personable at the same time. Amanda was equally phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and that I received the best possible service. Her friendliness, communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly exceptional. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in her work. She made me feel valued rather than just another transaction, and that level of service is hard to find these days. Together, Brendetta and Amanda created one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with any company, not just a car rental company. They turned what is usually a routine process into something memorable because of their professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and outstanding attitudes. The vehicle was excellent, the process was seamless, and the customer care was first-class from beginning to end. Employees like Brendetta and Amanda are the reason people return to Sixt again and again. They represent the company at the highest level and deserve recognition for the incredible work they do. I would gladly recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant rental experience. Thank you both for making everything so easy and enjoyable — you truly went above and beyond!
