From day one, the entire team has consistently gone out of their way to ensure we enjoy a seamless, hassle-free experience every time. We have rented a wide range of vehicles, and the business rates we receive are significantly better than those offered by most competitors—particularly impressive given our military background and high standards. The staff is genuinely kind, professional, and proactive; even when minor issues arise, they resolve them swiftly and effectively.     Rentamos un auto online, cuando llegamos a retirarlo no lo tenian, nos dijeron que llegaba en 30 minutos, paso 1 hora 30 minutos y nos comunicaron que no lo tenian. No nos consiguieron un carro del mismo tamaño, despues de 3 horas nos ofrecieron un carro mas pequeño. El personal trata mal, se enojaron y no querian hablar con nuestro traductor. 0 recomendado

    We reserved an SUV for 9:00 AM, but ended up leaving at 10:30 AM with a terrible, cheap Nissan Versa that didn't match our booking at all, simply because we had to hit the road. The staff was incredibly rude, completely ignored us, rolled their eyes, failed to explain anything properly, and made zero effort to find a real solution or offer compensation. Their behavior was absolutely disgraceful. Since we were in a rush, they just handed us whatever they had available and told us to come back later. When we returned, having disrupted all of our plans, they tried to give us another incorrect car—a Mazda 3—claiming it was an 'upgrade.' We had to wait for over an extra hour until we finally received a vehicle that actually matched our original reservation. The entire staff was extremely unpleasant and didn't take us seriously at all. A truly awful experience.

    I have never experienced customer service this frustrating. I returned my rental vehicle during business hours and have a Return Summary showing the exact return date and time, along with the name of the employee who processed the return. Despite this, I was charged an additional $809.34. For over a month, I have been trying to resolve this issue. Every time my case is assigned to a new representative, I am asked to provide the exact same information and documents again, as if no one has reviewed the previous correspondence. It feels like my case is simply being passed around instead of being investigated. I work hard for my money, and having over $800 tied up because of what appears to be a misunderstanding has been financially and emotionally exhausting. I am not asking for special treatment—I am asking for someone to thoroughly review the records, including the Return Summary and any available CCTV footage from the return location, and resolve this matter fairly. I sincerely hope Sixt improves its case management process so that customers are not forced to repeatedly explain the same issue without meaningful progress. Please help me! 🙏🏼

    My friend rented a vehicle from Sixt from May 15 to May 17, 2026. She has the signed return summary confirming the vehicle was returned on May 17, 2026 at 10:38 AM and that no damage or issues were found during inspection. The estimated rental cost was approximately $199.96, as can be confirmed from that receipt by Sixt. Despite this, she was charged approximately $1,000. Her bank denied the billing dispute after communicating with the merchant. She is also requesting a review of the bank's dispute investigation and an explanation of why documented proof of timely return and no damage were not sufficient to resolve the dispute. I have been renting cars with Sixt for a long time and have never faced any such issues, I wonder how this slipped through the cracks with Sixt this time. I am hoping that the wonderful team at Sixt's resolve this issue as soon as possible for my friend.
