My Experience was a 10/10. No long wait , my vehicle was ready for pick up once I arrived cleaned and tidy. The staff looked really nice in their uniforms and were all very professional, Shaatia and the team customer service was amazing she was so patient and made sure the vehicle was up to my standards. This would be my first time renting with SIXT and I must say this is my favorite rental company based off of my phenomenal experience. Thank you sooooo much to the BUCKHEAD SIXT LOCATION :) major shout out to SHAATIA !

I have been renting with SIXT through my company for the past year, and I have to say the service has been excellent from day one. Shaatia has gone above and beyond for us on several occasions. She always makes our experience pleasant and takes the time to make sure we’re taken care of. She even remembered our wedding date and went out of her way to suggest venues and restaurants in the area. That level of personal attention and customer service really stands out. Aquilla has also been a blessing. She always has a smile, is extremely professional, and is excellent at what she does. After working with her throughout the past year, we’ve consistently received service at a very high level. Jackson has also worked with us, and he treats us like family. He is polite, fast, professional, and always makes sure everything is handled properly. As Diamond members and a military family that travels frequently, we’ve had plenty of experience with rental car companies. We ultimately left Hertz and other competitors and chose SIXT—and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. I can’t speak for everyone else’s experience, but ours has consistently been top tier. The combination of professionalism, personalized service, and attention to detail is what sets SIXT apart. We would absolutely recommend SIXT to anyone looking for a higher level of service and a more personable, professional rental experience. Amig Incorporated Diamond members
