    Tahreef was excellent, very professional, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. He made the entire rental process smooth and pleasant. The customer service experience with Sixt is always great, and Tahreef truly represented that well.

    Horrible service, unable to see what cars are available and according to all these negative reviews there won’t be anything ! Tried to call and speak with somebody to confirm availability and they “don’t have a direct line” according to customer service. Let’s see how much longer this place is in business !

    I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with Sixt at the Atlanta airport—especially because of Lyric. After an incredibly stressful and upsetting situation with another rental company, my child walked away sobbing. It was one of those moments as a parent where your heart just sinks. In the middle of that chaos, Lyric stepped in with such genuine kindness. She took the time to comfort my daughter while I gathered my family and got us away from that situation. From there, she brought us straight to her desk and had us in a car within minutes. It wasn’t just efficient—it was compassionate, thoughtful service that truly made a difference in our day. By the time we left, my daughter was smiling again, and my own anxiety as a mom had completely eased. Lyric went far above and beyond what anyone could expect. She didn’t just do her job—she cared. That kind of customer service is rare and incredibly valuable. Sixt is very lucky to have employees like her. In a moment when we really needed kindness, she delivered it in every way. I will absolutely choose Sixt again because of this experience.

    I had a very disappointing experience with SIXT during a reservation scheduled for this past Saturday at 9am. When I arrived, I was assisted by a manager in training whose badge did not show a name, only “manager in training.” From the beginning, the interaction felt unprofessional and overly focused on upselling services I did not request. When I declined the upgrades, I was then told I needed a debit card along with additional documents such as utility bills matching my ID and address. I recently moved a few months ago and have not yet updated all of my documents, so I was unable to meet those requirements. While waiting for my Uber to return home to retrieve my debit card, I ultimately decided to cancel the reservation instead. During my time inside, I also observed the same employee using very aggressive and forceful sales tactics with another customer who was foreign. The man repeatedly stated he only wanted what he reserved and told him he didn’t like this sales approach he was coming with, yet the employee continued pushing upgrades in a way that felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. He assumed because he was from another country he would say yes to his sales tactic. He came across as rude and dismissive when the customer refused. After leaving, I was able to go to Enterprise Car Rental instead, and they were able to get me into a car quickly at a great price with a much smoother and more professional experience. They were able to verify the utility bills and sent me on my way without a hassle. Overall, the experience at SIXT felt disorganized, overly aggressive with sales tactics, and not customer-focused. Because of this, I will not be renting from SIXT again.
