- YMYusuf Muhammad4 days ago1.0I had an absolutely disappointing experience today at quick trip... This is supposed to be a 24 hr qt with a kitchen.. the first issue was that I was greeted by a extremely rude customer service representative by the name of De-john. He informed me that the kitchen was closed and they weren't cooking any food because of a freezer issue. I said okay although all around the QuikTrip is nothing but coolers who am I to say that you couldn't put the meat in a different place but that's okay. The only thing that was available to be made was ice cream apparently which I reluctantly ordered based off of his extremely rude responses to the simple questions that I asked. He seemed to be way more involved in the conversation with his coworker which seem to be pretty inappropriate considering that they had customers around and the language that they were using. But who am I to judge. I ordered my ice cream which was made with a extremely irritated angry attitude so much so that dejon made me the wrong ice cream. I had enough I asked to speak with the manager in which Dijon tried to justify his actions by acting as if I was just some kind of irritated customer. That was not the case at all I'm very reasonable. As a matter of fact the manager tried to resolve the conflict and went and prepared the ice cream his self which I respect and appreciate. But his representative is arrogant, entitled and not fit for being a customer service representative maybe something behind it the door because it's not very good with people. I typically do not write reviews but this is the only way that I know how to fight with those that fight with you. Without becoming physical or losing my cool to try and prove a point.

She didn't want to honor the advertised price and they actually opted to throw away the food instead. Gotta love this place and the customer service. Definitely not spending anymore money with these folks.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. In some of these employees based on the condition of the store deserve to be fired management needs to start from scratch with new employees that don't have bad habits
