One of the most dangerous truck stops on the plant earth in terms of truck drivers. Dangerous speeding, cars or four wheelers parking in semi truck parking, Bad drivers crowding other drivers while attempting to back up to park. God I hope I can leave to make my appointment at 12noon and not be killed. Drivers please stay away plus all parking you have to pay$$.

Absolutely terrible Pilot. Be aware: ALL truck parking spots here are paid, but nobody clearly tells you that when you park. You can sit here for hours thinking everything is fine, and then around 8 PM they suddenly come around demanding payment. This is completely unacceptable. If every parking spot is paid, it should be clearly marked and drivers should know before they park, not find out late in the evening when it’s already difficult to find another place to stop. One of the worst Pilot locations I’ve been to. Truck drivers, avoid this place if you can.

I’m a professional truck driver with more than five years of experience and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Pilot location. The staff and security guard were extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of treating customers with courtesy, they spoke in an inappropriate and dismissive manner. Truck drivers spend long hours on the road and rely on places like Pilot for basic services and a safe, welcoming environment. Unfortunately, this location failed to provide that. I was very disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this location.”

Bathrooms and showers are a mess, no soap dirty towels left behind. No napkins or sugar in the coffee stand. Wendy’s female employee with the orange/blonde pon pon fro threw my food on the counter, I approached the counter and ask “ Ms is this my order ? “ she looked at me sideways and walked away. No grace or home training, fries spilled from tray all over the bag and burger. The rest of the guys were actually decent.

$25 to park in a warzone with zero signs and a clueless corporate office. If you want to experience peak corporate delusion, look no further. Pilot's app advertises 85 open, regular parking spaces here. But the second you park your tires in one of these unpainted, mystery zones, security rolls up to extort $25 out of you. The store manager claims corporate customer service is clueless, while the regional manager calls you at night to make pathetic excuses. He actually told me they can’t paint "Prime Parking" on the asphalt because it's a "high traffic area." I didn't realize buying a bucket of white paint was a logistical impossibility for a multi-billion dollar chain. They charge $25 a night—well over the standard $18 industry rate—yet they can't even manage to keep the lot secure or quiet.Your $25 premium fee buys you a sleepless night surrounded by open drug use, the soothing soundtrack of local gunfire, and aggressive panhandlers yelling next to your truck at midnight trying to shake you down for fake backing-in help. To cap off the absolute circus, a cop blocked my truck in for an hour last night just to pass the time. When you call management out on the chaos—or the fact that on a previous visit, their security tried to force me to Venmo them personal money for a sprinter spot—the regional manager just tells you they "work with the tools they have." Apparently, those tools are extortion, gaslighting, and a complete lack of accountability. The recent store remodel is just lipstick on a pig; the showers are still awful and the customer service is non-existent. Pass this trap by.
