  Bad area, Diesel pumps work every now and then, road on Bouldercrest is awful due to career construction that never ends, can’t get fuel without people panhandling, Bad customer service, Trucks blocking fuel aisle all the time because nowhere to park, low lighting, coming into the Truck side is a huge dip from construction that may damage the front end of your truck.. If my company didn’t require me to go here because of the fuel discount I wouldn’t fuel here, and by the way I gave 1 star because there’s not an option to give - 5 stars!

  This is the worst truck stop truck drivers can stop. Everything here is horable right from the staff to facilities. There’s a skinny black dude who goes round the parking lot and harasses drivers to pay parking spots. He can pull you out of your truck by force without a blink of an eye. The short man manager is another worst dude who won’t listen to customers concerns. Prepare for mistreatment anytime you stop in this truck stop. The restrooms are stinky and showers are so dirty. This is the worst truck stop for drivers

  Traten evitar este pilot viajó por todo el país con mi cargo van y les puedo asegurar que este es el peor al que e ido, atraves de la aplicación active un cupo para ducharme y el vigilante del estacionamiento me obligó a sacar la van del estacionamiento donde están las bombas de servicio porque no me permitió tener la van hay mientras me duchaba, es una actitud absurda porque es de suponer que tengo que llegar hay con mi vehículo no se si es que pretenden que uno llegue volando al final tuve que ir a estacionar la van a un estacionamiento externo que está cerca de hay el vigilante amenazo con cancelar mi ducha si no sacaba la van del estacionamiento ese sitio es el único pilot que está en esa zona y creo que se aprovechan de eso para prestar el peor y más pésimo servicio…

  Just witnessed the security guard named D'Andre, a lady staffer, in pink with pinkish hair named Salina and the GM named Nic begrade, harass and falsely accuse a driver in a Schneider bobtail a few minutes ago..I clearly seen the guy do nothing wrong and was accused of driving through a taped off pump. Also saw the true driver who did it..lol Dude was like only there for a 5-10 some minutes ... they surrounded his truck, yelling at him and claiming that they called his company for wreckless driving...he must of tried to tell the manager and manager immediately escalated tensions and was just backing that crazy security guard dude..very unprofessional...I heard driver saying...just look at tape before accusing someone.. but it was like a demonic attack from these three who would not stop. I'm glad driver just left and kept his cool... manager even told dude he was trespassed... could you imagine... this was crazy to see... what's going on this early in the morning that got these workers so dangerous to be around....I hope he reports them to corporate..shame on all of them...be safe when coming here..its high risk for everybody and "from" erbody.. especially the staff... They must think they can treat people like this because they're one of the few truck stops i n Atlanta

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This location is extremely difficult for truck drivers. Once trucks enter, it can become very hard to get back out because of the way the area is blocked and congested. Several fuel stations were closed when I was there, and I’m not sure whether they were out of fuel or having another problem, but the whole situation created a mess. The biggest issue is the parking. Almost every truck parking space is reserved. Truck drivers can easily spend $500, $700, or even close to $1,000 on fuel, especially with today’s fuel prices. After spending that much money, a driver should at least have a reasonable place to park for a short time, grab a coffee, take a shower, or rest before continuing the trip. Instead, even during the daytime, security is constantly telling drivers they cannot park and threatening tickets of around $400. It feels extremely unfriendly toward the same truck drivers who are spending hundreds of dollars at the location. I have been to many Pilot locations, and I have never experienced one treating drivers like this. In my opinion, this location needs major changes in the way it handles truck parking, traffic flow, and customer service. Right now, it feels like the facility is working against truck drivers instead of supporting them.
