The one star is not for the pilot travel center. It’s for the security company that the security guard works for. This is so unprofessional. Why do you have your butt over the ice cream products that people are buying? My daughter needed an ice cream bar and the reason why I took these pictures is that I would not ask you to get up so I could get the ice cream that my daughter‘s gonna eat!!! I hope you’ll see this review with these pictures and do better

Young lady who works Thursdays around 5pm is highly unprofessional. We came in for items that required identification. She had a nasty attitude granted probably due to prior frustrations but that has nothing to do with us and our service.Proper Identification was provided she then went on and she refused service. Luckily the manager was on shift noticed and helped us so we could go on about our day.

They recently clean up this place a lot. Security chasing people away that park illegally on the road coming in and no more drop trailers in the parking area. However, all parking are paid there r no free one. But during the day when u need to go there for shower u can park plenty of space

This is one of the worst truck stops I have visited in recent years. The first thing that stands out is the condition of the property and the restrooms. Dirty sinks, unpleasant odors, poor overall cleanliness, and a general feeling of neglect. For a location that serves hundreds of customers every day and sells food, this level of cleanliness is simply unacceptable. The second issue is safety and comfort. During my stay, multiple people approached me in the parking lot asking for money or food. After a long day of driving, truck drivers should be able to rest without being bothered or feeling uncomfortable in the place where they park their vehicles. What upset me the most, however, was the way drivers are treated. On two separate occasions, I was awakened around 4:00 AM and told to leave the parking area. Imagine driving for hours, finally getting some sleep, only to be woken up in the middle of the night and forced to find another place to park. This creates the impression that management has forgotten who their customers are. Professional drivers are not a problem — they are the reason truck stops like this exist in the first place. After these experiences, I have no intention of stopping here again, buying fuel here, or using any of the services offered at this location. I would strongly encourage other drivers to think twice before planning an overnight stop here. There are plenty of other truck stops on the road that offer cleaner facilities, better service, and a much greater level of respect for the people who keep America’s freight moving. I will not be returning.
