  Midtown patched my tire. Personal are professional, pleasant, and fair. I was a drop in. They looked at my tire in a reasonable amount of time, and serviced in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

  I added 1 star because all the people I spoke to we friendly and helpful, but I had major issues with timing and quality. Took too long to install my new fuel pump and had to return it after gas poured all over my feet the first time I filled it up. They had installed the tank gasket incorrectly or not at all. The 2nd time I returned it was when the car started lurching at highway speed, when I would floor it when merging into highway traffic. They couldn’t repeat the condition and had already had the car for 3 days with no resolution. Fix your staffing issues so your technicians can do quality work the first time. Would not recommend in its current state.

  Visiting Atlanta and unfortunately tire picked up a screw. Was headed to another place down the road but stopped in here. Quick service and very nice guys. Hope no more flats but if so I’d return here.

  They patched a tire, rotated my tires, and gave me an oil change for 120 bucks. Last place I went to charged 300 dollars for just an oil change. Me and my husband love this place and highly recommend! Great service- fairly priced - good honest business :)

  My experience was not positive. I set up an appointment for a simple oil change and scheduled my day around that time. Hours after setting up the appointment, I received a phone call that said I needed to reschedule because an error occurred in your appointment system and my original time was no longer available. So, I set it up for 7am the next morning. I was told that it would take no more than an hour. I showed up at 7am and decided to wait on the car. After an hour had passed, I asked about the status. I was told that they were waiting on a filter. I checked on the status of delivery at 830 and they said they were on the way with the filter and were coming from a short distance. I checked again at 9am and it was still not delivered. It was finally delivered at 945. I was finally able to leave at 10am, 3 hours after I got there. They gave me a 20% discount off of my next visit for the inconvenience. Why the next visit?! When I got home, I looked at the sticker that indicates when I should get my next oil change.and discovered that they didn’t give me a new sticker. It was the old sticker! So, I called to let them know and they said they would print out the new one and have it ready for me. So I drove back to Midtown Tire and, of course, they had not printed out the sticker yet so I had to wait yet again. Needless to say, the experience was exceptionally frustrating. I really like all of the staff there. They seem professional and are courteous. It’s the systems and attention to detail that aren’t working. They knew I was coming. They knew the make/model and year of my car. Why wasn’t the filter ordered and available before I got there? How is there not a system with the supplier to be able to contact the driver to understand when the part would be delivered? Why isn’t there a check of the technician’s work to see if it was completed appropriately. Why isn’t there a policy to grant a immediate discount and not require that I have to return for another service to redeem. The future 20% discount was written on a calling card that I now have to keep up with and then remember to bring it with me to the next service. Why isn’t there a system that allows the service rep to input it into the computer system? I hope this helps.
