  The employees were great from looking at my car asap,diagnosing the problem of why the windshield wipers weren’t working & getting back to me promptly. The lower rating is due to two issues- 1.The price to repair was $400.00 more than a Toyota repair shop 2. They couldn’t get the parts for a month!

  Thank you, Eugene! I arrived at Midtown Tire Toco Hills at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. My AC was blowing hot on a 90°day. The shop was busy and scheduling appointments for Monday. Eugene noticed how hot and deflated I was and volunteered to look at the car/AC. He fixed the problem in an hour and really saved my weekend. He didn't have to. He's kind, efficiency and kept me in the loop regularly. Shootout to Eugene and the office staff too.

  After having 4 new tires mounted and balanced, my car had a vibration at highway speeds. When I asked if they had done high speed balancing, they said they didn’t do that and it’s only needed for “high performance” cars. They stopped responding to messages, so I took my car to another shop, paid $80 more to have road force testing and high-speed balancing. The vibration is gone, but Midtown Tire is still sending me spam texts and emails
