I've been here twice. The first time was for four new tires. I had a scheduled appointment and they knew I was waiting on the vehicle. And still it took 3 hours! They didn't even take my car into the shop for the first hour. Then, 4 months later, I come in for a tire rotation. Again I have an appointment at 8 a.m. and they know I'm going to wait. I've been waiting 3 hours and 20 minutes right now. Rotation still isn't complete because the person stripped the threads on stud on my wheel. I still don't have an estimate on how much time I'm going to be waiting. My advice, never wait on your vehicle here. They are going to need the whole day. Drop it off early and go do stuff. Staff is super polite.

Front counter folks are great, they have a shuttle if you’re within 4 miles. I was very happy not to need to uber back and forth, or wait. That’s awesome customer service right there!

This weekend my day pivoted left when my car decided to drop it’s undercarriage. After a long wait time and drive to this shop location via AAA, I walked in store at 4:03 and was told the store was closed, but how could they assist. Mike & Bo were amazing. Though the shop was closing, once they knew my issue, they sprung into action to assist as they did not want my car left outside over the weekend for concern it could be broken into. Mike kept me company w great conversation about his bike while Bo jacked up the car and salvaged what he could. I rarely make reviews, but when you find good, caring, genuine people still exist, I want to ensure they are recognized. I hope the manager catches this…I’ll def be back should there be another issue at hand. Thank you!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Midtown Tire for years and they always do a good job. What prompted me to finally write a review was the exceptional service I received this past Friday. I wound up getting a gash in one of my tires and knew it would need replacing, and I was under a time crunch. I went in last minute around 2pm but when I went in it turned out I actually needed 4 replaced due to tread wear. The folks at midtown tire were proactive about checking the warranty, applying it where relevant (the one with the gash), and even threw in the option of a free alignment or oil change. It was so nice to not be nickel and dimed and for them to find ways to help me out. On top of that they covered $20 of my uber to and from the shop. I mentioned I was in a crunch and they managed to get it done right in time for closing and were communicative along the way. Big fan of Midtown Tire!

I’ve been to Midtown tire a few times and they never disappoint! Always friendly, honest and helpful. Only had to have a tire plugged, but I will definitely be back when I need a new one! Thank you Ashley and the mechanic who helped me, I should have gotten his name. You were both so great!
