Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.
Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

BEWARE!!! One star is not low enough, but the lowest option. My college bound daughter felt that her brakes needed check, while I was visiting her. We stopped here for a free brake check and I couldn’t believe their response. This is a newer car with only 20k miles and they stated brake pads and rotors needed replaced. I declined and went to another garage. The second garage showed me the brake pads and rotors, stating they were in great shape with more then 1/2 there lifespan remaining. Ironically, after leaving the Mavis, there was a slice / leak in the front tire valve stem that needed repaired due to a slow leak. Not saying it happened because of the refused service, but never had an issue prior to the fact. Saved $600 by declining there service, but paid $20 for the tire stem repair. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

We took our Genesis GV60 to have a small puncture repaired in our tire. It had a very very slow leak. We had been to two other tire places that couldn't find the leak. When we took it to the dealership, they told us a tire shop could fix it, but they wanted us to buy a new tire. When we got to Mavis, they told us it would cost 53 and take an hour. About 45 minutes later, they call us and tell us that we have to buy a new tire; that they can't repair it.
When we got there, the guy in charge took us to see the tire. It has acoustic foam in the tire to minimize road noise. He mistook the foam for an auto-sealant type of foam and refused to fix the leak. He said it was a matter of corporate policy. Not that I was surprised.
We decided to try another tire shop since we weren't going to purchase a new tire from them. I would have given them 1 star for refusing to provide service, but they at least didn't charge us. So the low rating is the poor corporate policy that prevents them from patching acoustic foam-lined tires, not this individual location. If they had looked up the car model, they could have avoided jacking the car up and removing the tire to find out.

I went to Mavis to have one tire installed on my vehicle. Before arriving, I called ahead and was told the tire was in stock. I scheduled an 8:30 AM appointment and explained that I needed my vehicle back by lunchtime.
When I arrived, I was informed that the tire was not actually in stock and was being delivered sometime that day. Frustrating, but understandable, so I left the vehicle.
I returned at 4:15 PM and found my car sitting in the exact same spot where I had left it. The tire had still not been replaced. When I went inside, I was told the tire had “just arrived.” Again, I remained patient because installing one tire should not take very long.
I then waited another 1 hour and 45 minutes. During that time, I watched multiple customers who arrived after me get serviced first. I also observed a child running through the service area, employees vaping throughout the shop, blasting music, loitering, and generally behaving in an unprofessional manner.
Beyond the poor customer service, I witnessed what appeared to be serious safety concerns. Employees were vaping around oil containers and other potentially flammable materials, with a child present in the shop area. Several employees were wearing hoodies and appeared to be lacking basic protective equipment. Whether or not these actions violate company policy, they certainly did not reflect a safe or professional work environment.
What made the experience worse was that it wasn’t until nearly closing time, around 6:00 PM, that someone realized my vehicle still had not been serviced. The only response I received was a casual apology.
The only reason I didn’t make a scene was because I was exhausted, the tire was for my wife’s vehicle, and I simply needed the service completed. Patience won out that day.
Do better, Mavis. This was one of the most disorganized and unprofessional service experiences I’ve had, and I will not be returning.
*I am not posting pictures to protect the identities of your employees. I highly encourage you to check the cameras in and around your shop to verify the validity of my experience

Mavis Tires helped me save money by telling me about their current specials for the month. They also were great at clarifying what I actually needed for my car and made sure I understood everything. The appointment setup and vehicle drop were easy. Great customer service. I will be back again.
