I am very disappointed with my experience at Mavis Tire. When I made my appointment, I was told the service could take a while because they were short-staffed, which I understood.
However, no one called me when my car was ready. The shop closed for the night, and my car was left **completely unlocked overnight**. I find this extremely unprofessional and concerning. My car should have been secured, and I should have been contacted when the service was completed.I have contacted management and requested compensation for the inconvenience. I hope they take this situation seriously and improve their communication and security procedures.
