This place is a real mess. Husband and I called made an appointment for a tire change online for 8am. When we arrived at 7:55, the door was locked. We were approached by whom I can only assume was the manager, who informed us that the person he’d given his key was running late. Not really a problem, but he offered us a discount for the inconvenience. We came back 30 minutes later and dropped off the car. My husband made it clear he was hoping to have the car back by 11am so he could go to work. The person working said it wouldn’t be a problem. Hours passed. Husband called to check on the car at 10:45. The person on the phone came up with at least 3 more things that needed to be done to the car, expressing that it was not safe to drive otherwise. My husband agreed to change the brake pads as well as the two tires and was quoted $599 total. The person on the phone told him it would be done by 12:30 now. As we were driving to pick it up, the shop called to inform my husband that they had broken some sort of cap and it would cost extra to fix it, but they wouldn’t charge for labor. When my husband called the next day to see if the car was ready, they told him the new total would be about $1400. When we complained they were “kind” enough to knock it down to $1400. These people will scam you and run up your bill. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
