  I had great experience at Mavis Tire! Slim and Deshun were so helpful and quick, especially since it was close to closing. They got my tires filled with air with no problems. I definitely appreciate the great service! Thank you!!

  I arrived at this location at 3:50pm to get front brakes and an alignment I asked how much was the brakes Jordan said he had to check everything out first and he would let me know. Another guy asked me to come outside at 5:15 and went over the quote with me I told him I only wanted front brakes and an alignment I didn’t want anything else. So he continued to tell me what I needed and I said this is what I came for the price was too high so I said just do the alignment and can I have a print out of the alignment Jordan said our printer is down I said well I’ll just go to another location by my home just don’t worry about the service Jordan asked me numerous times why can’t I just take a picture of the screen it’s the same thing and I said no I want a printout and he got upset because I didn’t want service and left the front counter for at least 45 minutes. I then walked out where my car was and asked the guy who gave me the quote to pull my car out and he said he couldn’t. Now it’s 6:00 so I called customer service and spoke with them about the issue and they said they called the regional for that location. I felt like I was being held hostage because I didn’t want service. I sat there until I was the last person in the building and then they lower my car and pulled it out at 6:45. This behavior is unacceptable and I will never bring any of my vehicles back to Mavis again. I will be posting this on my large following social media platforms. I hope Jordan and the guys who refuse to give me my car are held accountable. If I could give a 0 star that’s what I’d give.

  On Aug 31 I saw “low tire pressure” warning on my dash board while driving to work. During my lunch break I took my car into Mavis ( Across from Lenox Mall) to check the tire Jordon had on of his team member take my car into the bay to add what I thought was just air. Was I wrong, his team member after taking the tire off wetting it down saw bubbles. He took the tire off the rim and discovered 2 nails in my tire. I explained to Jordon that I have a meeting at the top of the hour, Jordon assured me I will make my meeting. He got me in and out in 50 min. Great job Jordon and team Mavis on Lenox Road.

  I don’t event know how they got 4.9 with such horrible customer service. I was told on the phone when to drive and how long it was gonna take and cost. We get over there and it was a different story. Price doubled, the promised time tripled, from 30 to 90 minutes. When we got back after 90 minutes, that’s when he was asking us which tires needed to be changed!!! Only to wait another hour and 10 minutes, after their brain infarct. Like how do you charge for something you don’t even know!!!! I had made it clear when we got over there that this was an emergency as we were on our way back to Savannah, and that my son was moving to college 5 hours away from Savannah so therefore we needed to get on the road as soon as possible. They could have not offered service at that point but instead they didn’t care and just did whatever they wanted because they didn’t value us as customers. ZERO customer service if you ask me!!! I sure hope their corporate office reads this because ain’t no way this is acceptable!!!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the work before moving forward. The service was efficient, the pricing was reasonable, and I appreciated that I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. My vehicle was taken care of properly, and I left feeling confident about the work that was done. I would definitely recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes to anyone looking for reliable tire and brake service. Great customer service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers! SLIM IS THE BEST IN THE CITY! I highly recommend this location.
