  Had a wonderful experience. Came in to have a brake service done on my AWD SUV. Lucky enough since I’ve been before my brakes were still under the warranty which saved me a significant amount. Car was in at 9:30 and done at 2pm due to brake pads coming in from another location. Overall great service from everyone inside.

  My 80-year old mother went into this Mavis to get her brakes checked out because she start hearing them squeal. The mechanic who checked out her car stated that her brakes were fine and that the noise was from a little bit of rust because she doesn’t drive the car enough. I was just so touched that this company didn’t try to take advantage of my mom. Instead they operated with honesty and Integrity. So I highly recommend this Mavis Facility for your next auto Repairs.

  Amanda was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, she was working hard, staying organized, and keeping everything running smoothly. Even though she was busy, she took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and made the whole experience a great one. Mavis is lucky to have her!

  Awesome, really appreciate these guys! Brought my Nissan Armada in, no appointment, with a tire leaking air at a good rate. They fit me in, gave an hour to trying to identify the source of the leak. When they couldn't find anything, they refused to let me at least pay them for an hour of labor time! Topped up the air, allowing me to go to the source of my tires, for a replacement.

  Waited hours just to be told that the alignment machine was down. Had an appointment for 3pm they told me this at 5pm. All of the good reviews are from people who they provide quick service to. I saw the lady ask one guy who came in to get air put in his tire in the lobby to leave a review and there were 4 other guys that had been waiting a significant time in that lobby including me, and she didn’t ask any of us to leave a review. This place is a big waste of time and one guy was there because the repair they made on his Expedition was faulted and he had to bring it back for them to actually fix it this time.
