- SNSahar Nobakhti3 days ago5.0I had such an incredible experience at this location! I unexpectedly got a flat tire, and thankfully, this was the closest tire shop. I rushed in, and Keith immediately stepped in to help. He and Andres had my tire fixed in no time and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier! Both were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. Truly exceptional customer service! I’m so grateful for their help and would highly recommend this location to anyone!
- BPB Presley6 days ago5.0Cumberland Mavis in particular was very understanding and supportive of my car needs with replacing the starter. Grant and Keith both supported me from the towing logistics all the way to driving my car off their lot. I would recommend everyone to them. They were amazing and kept me informed at each step.
- RCRushil Chandra6 days ago5.0I had an excellent experience working with Grant at the 2475 Cumberland Pkwy location. He was incredibly thorough, honest, and great guy to work with. He told me more about my car and helped me plan next steps. I'll be coming back here to work with Grant very soon and everyone should as well!
- ADAtl DtrainOct 3, 20261.0I used their website to check stock and schedule replacement of all tires on my car. Paid a $25 booking fee to be credited to my purchase. Received confirmation of my appointment. Showed up at the set time. No record of appointment and tires were not in the store. Staff was dismissive and could care less about the inconvenience. Made no effort to recover a $2000 sale. Total waste of my time. Ended up buying from a wholesale club for less money and a seamless experience from order to install. Maybe other parts of the Mavis empire work better. This shop is a mess.
- DSDesmon StanfordOct 2, 20265.0Fast professional and Friendly service. Eric and Keith were life savers with helping me get an unexpected flat tire replaced and extremely helpful in identifying which issues in my car are of priority and which can wait. I’ll be exclusively be coming to this Mavis location for all brake and tire needs
