  Allen, Scott and Antoine have been Amaaazing!! Ther customer service is GREAT!!! They went over and beyond to ensure that my specialty tire which was not in stock was ordered…. (It came back one day earlier than expected)….. I appreciate ALL of your hard work!!! Thank you again!!! I will be back soon…

  Me and my fiancé had to stop here because we had a nail in our tire. We drove a few places before we stopped here and thank god we did!!! Scott was super helpful soon as we pulled up. He took care of the issue and got it done in a timely manner. Thanks for your help again.

  I was on a time crunch when my tire pressure light came on, and I wasn’t able to stop at my usual MTB location on Cobb. I decided to stop here to have it checked out, and Scott immediately acknowledged the urgency of my situation. He mentioned he would offer me a “good deal” (his words) in addition to the discount I already receive through my employer, and the team worked efficiently to get everything taken care of. Thankfully, my tire was repaired quickly, and I was able to make it to my morning appointment on time. My only concern was that the additional “deal” Scott mentioned was never actually honored during checkout, despite him being present at the counter. That was disappointing, especially because he initially came across as very genuine and helpful, which is consistent with the positive experiences I’ve typically had with MTB. During my visit, Scott also mentioned that he needed at least three reviews a day. I’m always happy to support businesses by leaving reviews and sharing honest feedback, but offering additional deals or incentives simply to meet a review quota can come across the wrong way when those promises are not ultimately honored. As a long-time customer, I believe clear communication and follow-through are important parts of good customer service. It wasn’t necessarily about receiving a lower price, since I already had a discount. It was more about the principle of honesty and honoring what was communicated to the customer.

  I came in today to have my tires checked, and Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to guide me through everything, answered all of my questions, and maintained such a positive attitude throughout the visit. Because of the excellent service I received, I will definitely recommend this location and return for future services :)

  Great experience here! Scott took amazing care of me from the moment I pulled in. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The service was quick, efficient, and I felt like I could actually trust the recommendations. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and customer service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change highly recommend asking for Scott!
