Worst experience with brake and rotor change. Went in awhile ago for a brake change on my Mercedes and they broke the electrical wire connector that detects brake wear. So now I have the brake sign at all times. I asked why the brake sign is still there and they told me I need to take it to dealer without admitting that they broke it during the job. Now, I need to take it to a proper qualified shop to take care of it and spend additional money for something that should not have happened! It’s ridiculous!!
Would not recommend this place at all to anyone!

Had a screw in the sidewall of the rear tire of my Defender. Back two tires were close to needing to be replaced so had them go ahead and put two new tires on. When I picked up, the tire sensors were telling me low pressure (28 PSI in one tire and 40 PSI in the other at what should have been 50 PSI). I told them at the front desk and they said they are sure they filled them and the sensors just need to recalibrate by driving around. Drove around for the next day and still registered as low pressure. Took it back and "whoops, our guy forgot to put air in the tires". You are a tire company - rule number one, make sure the tires are filled up with air. Other than that, Front desk was great.
