  I recently got an oil change here and was shocked when the total came out to almost $100. Nobody clearly explained the pricing beforehand, and the employee never even asked what type of oil I wanted. They just went ahead with a more expensive option without discussing it with me first. What made it worse was that I was charged more than what the bill originally showed. The final amount felt misleading and overpriced for a basic oil change service. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. Customers should be informed about oil options and pricing before work is done, not surprised at checkout. An oil change should not turn into a surprise charge because employees fail to communicate basic information. This place seriously needs to be more transparent instead of taking advantage of customers who expect a routine service.

  Service: The service overall was standard and on par with other auto shops. The AI assistant is excellent for scheduling appointments; however, it would be a major improvement if the AI could also confirm whether tires are currently in stock. ​ Customer Service: There is room for improvement here. There seems to be a gap in professionalism, and it feels like the older staff could mentor the younger staff on better customer service skills. ​ Vehicle Servicing: The actual mechanical work needs more attention to detail. Some items were not closed back up properly, and a few parts were not reinstalled/put back on the car correctly.

  I'm a single mother with 3 kids and I needed new brakes and an oil change. Colin provided the absolute best service I have ever gotten, not only on my car, but also through being kind and helpful. He worked very quickly and did a wonderful job. He explained what he had to do and how long it would take very well and he seems quite knowledgeable about his job. Ask for Colin when you go! I know I will.

  John and Jordan took such great care of my care and me. I was between a rock and a hard place, and they went out of their way to fix my tire in a very timely manner despite being very busy. I have used different tire/ auto shops in the area and in terms of costumer service, efficiency, and quality… they surpass those others by a long shot. I am so grateful for the Mavis staff here in sandy springs and their commitment to the craft. I plan to have them replace all my tires when the time comes.

  Went into today for a 4pm appointment to get my tire plugged. I called ahead, the lady on the phone said “oh we aren’t that busy today. Let me make you an appointment so you can come on in. It had a nail in it. I got there at 3:45 and was told “we aren’t taking any more jobs today. Fully booked.” I said, it’s just a nail that needs to come out and I called, I have an appointment. He said, ok but they didn’t tell me, I don’t know what to tell you, but we aren’t taking anything else. At 3:45? When you close at 5? What a total waste of my time.
