- CBChiquana BryantJun 18, 20261.0I'm still not sure how I was supposed to get out of the garage when I parked or how I'll get back in smh. I had to walk out with a car that was leaving out after walking up and down levels 1, 4, 5, 6. I even called security and still didn't get a clear response other than they were going to send someone. Never saw that someone and luckily was able to get out. When you get on the elevator, it doesn't give any instructions either. Are you all trying to hold us hostage in the garage? Please do better with signage or some form of instructions with how to walk in and out of the garage! And no, there is NO signage stating that the only way to enter and exit is by the bridge after hours. WHAT BRIDGE?! Do better.

Won’t be parking here again.

- CHCD HokieSep 23, 20221.0Terrible communication system installed at the gates. With the car noises, traffic, air handling units, there is so much noise but the communication system is on the lowest setting. One of the gates is always broken out of the 3 entrances.
