  Terrible parking. I tried their QR code 15 times. It never worked. Then they want to send me a bill of $100 because their QR code and website don't work. Don't park here!!!

  I drove 360 miles from Jacksonville to Atlanta to get my passport the same day. The only place I could park was the Metropolis parking lot. First I was charged $37 and then another $23 a few hours later, when I went to pick up my passport. I called this morning to complain about the second bill, because I was only there for a short time. They refused to refund anything.

  I received a ticket today for parking in the Metropolis Parking Garage on 5/29. My parking ticket was validated by Blue India, so I don't know why PPRS is sending me a bill for $55.00. They didn't even have the correct name on the letter they sent me.

  Ever since they installed the new gateless system, I falsely get accused of not paying the $7 fee for 15 minutes by receiving a notice for a new fine of $102. Doesn't matter if I validate or pay out of pocket. This is extortion.
