    Ever since they installed the new gateless system, I falsely get accused of not paying the $7 fee for 15 minutes by receiving a notice for a new fine of $102. Doesn't matter if I validate or pay out of pocket. This is extortion.

    They suck, I haven’t been in Atlanta since August & they were still taking money out my account. I called to see why & the customer service rep was very unprofessional & very hostile. I’ll never again use them
