  LAZ Parking at 360 Marietta St. in Atlanta is a scam! We parked here to go to the aquarium, paid for parking, then two months later got a notice of noncompliance letter from Parking Revenue Recovery Services (in Colorado!) saying that I owed $55. I uploaded all the information including the payment receipt from my bank to dispute the charge, and they emailed me two weeks later that “the notice was issued for valid reasons and the dispute is denied.” This place is a total SCAM!!! Do not respond to them or their attempts to scam you out of additional money, even after you’ve already paid for parking! I’ll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Stay away!

  Avoid. Prepaid for parking with JustPark, as it listed on the Mercedes-Benz parking site. Attendant scanned my barcode upon entering and said all was good. Coming back later, a boot is on the car. 7 other vehicles also had boots, they all pre-paid as I did.

  Park somewhere else!!! My car has been booted even though I paid for parking! Following that my car was BROKEN into! Broad daylight! At 11:00 am. My window was bust along with 3 other cars that day.. My gun was stolen and other valuables were stolen. I was told by police the cameras DON’T work. Also a lot of rough teenagers and homeless people frequent the street and corner that this lot sits on. I no longer park there but I see them while leaving my job. They have no security or lot attendants. This was the worst experience ever! It sucks having your privacy invaded, property damaged, and belongings STOLEN while you’re at work! Save yourself unnecessary money and problems by parking somewhere else!!!

  if I could put zero stars, I would. we were just ripped off by this company for $75, Plus the amount that we paid for parking. they booted our car and we had to wait 3 hours to get unbooted. I'm a tourist in Atlanta and it was around 8pm until someone finally came. we were the last car in the lot and I had to call the police. we thought we might get mugged or worse! This is a scam that you can't do anything about!!!! Beware
