  I stopped in to get my oil change and there was one technician. He was so quick, prompt, informative, and nice. He handled everyone with grace and was polite. I was amazed at how many vehicles he tackled by himself.

  My "low oil" light came on and since I drive a 2016 Subaru Forester that needs to keep working, it seemed important to not waste time wondering if I should get it checked. I live within walking distance of this Grease Monkey location and their reviews by solo female customers were extremely favorable, so I decided to take the risk. There was a wait but it was also lunchtime on Saturday in Buckhead and I didn't have an appointment, and it was pretty efficient, all things considered. Cody handled most of my service, was extremely professional, explained every step of the service and his recommendations (without high-pressure tactics), and just came across as someone who likes his work and respects his customers. My family has been using Apollon Auto Repair for 30-ish years for almost all car-related upkeep, and I'll still keep using them for major repair work because they are fantastic, but I think Grease Monkey just become my new neighborhood place for regular car maintenance.

  I really appreciated the time they took to explain what the services entailed and why they matter. I’ll be a returning customer since they didn’t take advantage of trying to upsell me on everything like most places.

  I’ve been to this store twice now and noticed that after getting a full synthetic oil change they continue to place a sticker to remind that I return in 3 months/3k miles for a repeat oil change. For those not aware of the problem FS oil lasts most vehicles 10-12k or more miles and upwards of 6-10 months. The store is has been quick and convenient, but is priced on the higher side for my area. It’s disappointing to stoop to deceptive marketing/reminders rather than honest work for repeat business—if they’re manipulating business on return date stickers what other ways are they trying to delude customers into spend extra money?   I’ve been coming to Grease Monkey for my oil changes, but this experience really went above and beyond. I brought my car in because it had a significant oil leak, and Cody’s customer service was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explained that the issue could be something as simple as a loose screw instead of immediately assuming the worst. I also mentioned that several other shops wanted to charge me an additional $50 just to clean the oil-covered area before even performing a $180 diagnostic. Cody cleaned the area for me without hesitation so I could get a more accurate idea of where the leak was coming from. On top of that, he checked my battery and let me know it might still be under warranty, which is something he didn’t have to do but genuinely looked out for. His honesty, communication, and willingness to help instead of upselling were refreshing. It’s hard to find people who truly care about their customers, and Cody definitely does. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend Cody and the team at Grease Monkey!
