Came by for a routine oil change during my lunch break and was met with such kindness and respect from the mechanic Jamel. It can be daunting going to any car shop as a young woman, and oftentimes I will be up charged, mansplained to, and belittled. However, my experience at this Grease Monkey will leave me coming back time and time again. Thank you Jamel!

The Buckhead team is amazing. They always go above and beyond, and even give me a coupon if it’s available. Like today, I was to early for my oil change. They let me know to wait, but while I was there they checked everything and top off all my fluids!! Superior!!

In June of this year, I took my Subaru Outback to this location for an oil change, air filter change, and cabin filter change. After service was completed the tech explained that the engine light came on and she cleared it. Without me knowing, the employees here force started my car, and sent me on my way. When I got to my destination, a short distance away, the car would not start. I called the location and spoke with the tech that worked on my vehicle. She told me to rev (press the gas petal) the engine and hold the brake constantly for 5 minutes to see if the vehicle (engine) would stay on. She explained that this is what she had to do before I left the location in order to start the vehicle. While she was on the phone with me, I performed the actions instructed by her, but the vehicle would turn off immediately and would not stay on. At my request, she then came to the AutoZone where I was located. Upon arriving, she looked under the hood and said that she recognized the problem immediately. She said that the hoses/ tubes that ran from the cabin filter to the engine and the main cabin were not connected. She then reconnected the hoses and started the car. The car then started up and stayed on. Approximately a week later the engine light came on. After consulting with Subaru and a personal mechanic, my vehicle’s air/fuel sensor was replaced by a personal mechanic and the engine light was cleared. I then reached out to this location for reimbursement for the part ($423.99) that I purchased for the repair. This location has refused to take responsibility and has denied my claim for reimbursement. I do not recommend this location at all.
