Excellent experience today at Grease monkey! Yasmin and Victoria took great care and recommended a couple filters I definitely needed! Ask about the cabin filter - mine was funky and well worth the $50 to replace. I'm a loyal customer now!

I have the best experience at the Grease Monkey location on Howell Mill. Yasmin was so awesome, attentive and patient while explaining every detail about my car. She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my service. Fast efficient service, affordable with great customer service, seriously can’t beat that everywhere else. So happy and will be returning for future services.

Yasmin was absolutely fantastic and helped me out when I needed it. I came in same-day after a warning light appeared right after an oil change at another shop. The team immediately checked the dipstick, found the oil was essentially gone and leaking underneath the car, and traced it to loose bolts on the oil level sensor near the filter housing. They tightened everything down, topped off the oil, and didn’t charge me a dime for the fix. What stood out to me was how thorough and honest they were. They wrote up exactly what they found on the invoice. I would trust them again without hesitation

I went here for an Emissions test. I am grateful they are open on Sundays as it is due by tomorrow and I have to work and won’t have time to get it done tomorrow. Both technicians were ever so nice and accommodating while I was in line waiting and while getting the Emissions test done. Their customer service was impeccable. I don’t have to use the dealership anymore since the vehicles are out of warranty, I think I will start getting my vehicles serviced and such done here. Very pleasant environment, thank you.

Yasmin absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout my oil change. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service and genuine care. Yasmin definitely went above and beyond, and because of her, I know exactly who I’ll be coming back to every time I need service. She’s a true asset and deserves to be recognized for the amazing experience she provides! Thank you, Yasmin, for taking such great care of me and my vehicle! I’ll definitely be back! 🙌🏽✨
