Great Service, especially at Check out. Also attentive to my needs. I had other issues with my battery and being able to get it all taken care of at one time was fantastic. Front Desk/service desk very professional. You will be my first choice and top of mind for next oil change!

The Grease Monkey at 566 Ponce De Leon is my favorite, I've gone to the other Grease Monkey. They're fast, know what they're doing, and very respectful and friendly. They always put a smile on my face. I feel their work deserves a 5 star.

Miles, the technician, was extremely polite, respectful, and professional. I honestly cannot remember the last time I encountered a young adult who was this courteous. His attitude and customer service truly stood out to me. He represented Grease Monkey very well, and I hope his professionalism and positive attitude are recognized and appreciated.

Grease Monkey has always been my go-to for oil changes, but this was my first time visiting the Ponce location, and I have to say, I was beyond satisfied with my experience! From the moment I arrived, everyone was polite, friendly, and welcoming. I was also given helpful information about perks and deals that I wasn’t previously aware of, which I really appreciated. The entire process was smooth, fast, and, most importantly, efficient. I especially want to give a huge thank-you to Ms. DeeDee! She was incredibly kind, informative, and welcoming when I called and throughout my visit. Her customer service truly stood out and made the experience even better. I will definitely be returning to the Ponce location for my future oil changes!!!!

I was charged for the wrong vehicle Was told that the cost was the same and when I looked at my receipt it wasn’t 😩 I always go to this location, And usually have such a great experience. Never had any bad incidents with my car at this time I'm pissed.....
