  The staff at this location are friendly and fast. They have a wide selection of oils filters, which is great if your car has a less common one. The price was in-line with other oil change shops in Atlanta. They were not pushy when asking about filter changes. The woman at the front desk was a joy to watch. She truly enjoys her job and servicing people. Her interactions with the other employees was the same.

  My car was making noises on the way home so I called. Dee Dee was so energetic and so nice! It was close to closing and I made it there. They took such good care of me! Doug is the best! He made me laugh and I felt better about the situation. No more noises and I will be back!

  I don’t usually write reviews, but this place is in a league of its own and deserves the special recognition. As a newcomer to the area, I came to this location a few days ago for emissions testing and had a prompt, efficient experience that prepared me to register/title my car. However, after getting my new license plate today, I realized that I simply could not take off my rusty old plate even after hours of effort and a couple trips to Home Depot. Ultimately, I decided to come back here just to ask if anyone had advice. The service team went above and beyond to figure out how to remedy the issue for me and successfully completed the task, all at no cost to me. I will absolutely be back here knowing that this is a supportive garage willing to do whatever it takes to help its customers!

  Great customer service provided by Deedee and Buck. Professional, honest and fast service. Deedee went above and beyond to share the top off service Grease Monkey provides. And Buck gave me the services I needed and didn’t try to upsell on things. I’ll definitely be back for my next service.

  Highly recommend! Great service, good people, and quick — so just what you need 😊 Towards the end of my cross-country drive, I hit a nasty portion of raised pavement and a loose half tire that came off an 18-wheeler. Between these two things and the extra stress they put on, my car’s splash undercarriage shield was falling off and was only attached by ~25% of the clips. I needed to get this fixed within the day before continuing on and before the rest of the clips broke. I initially called a local mechanic to see about getting this fixed, but they didn’t have time and actually recommended this Grease Monkey location. Called this shop mid-morning, and they were able to quickly confirm they had the clips in stock and could fix the issue. Drove over and was out of there within ~20 minutes, all done by mid-morning still. Made the remainder of my trip SO much less stressful and would definitely go back.
