  I'm a first time customer who always passed by the shop when visiting Smoothie King. Finally, after checking on reviews from Google, I stopped in and was greeted by technician Miles. He answered all my questions about the type of oil that would be best. Then two additional technicians assisted by inspecting my car, putting air in my tire, securing the skid panel underneath vehicle, then making discovery of the right control arm being damaged with no additional charge. How grateful to have a team of knowledgeable technicians willing to serve expediently! The store manager Brittany was also helpful and friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

  DD is the best. My girlfriend comes to y'all for her car maintenance and I called one time to help clarify some things and DD answered and was very kind and had a great personality. That’s what convinced me to come in and let them service my car. Met DD in person and can confirm, she’s great and the service was great.

  I went to the Grease Monkey located on Ponce de Leon in Atlanta and received excellent service. Went in for an oil change because the check oil light came on for a few seconds and went out but after it did that a few times I thought I should have it checked. The tech said I was early for service and I explained what was happening and the car has over 100k miles so I thought it was burning oil faster. He checked the level and said it was only a little low so he topped it off free of charge so I can wait longer to have the actual oil change. Friendly, fast service. I’ll definitely be going back.

  Sophie was truly a rare find in the customer service world these days. She was so genuine, honest and kind. Both on the phone and in person. If this is a place she wants to stay at long term, I truly hope she is on the fast track to management. Or if she has bigger picture goals, she will achieve them all if that’s how she acts on a daily basis. I simply can’t say enough, she deserves all the praise. Now the oil change, pretty dang pricey, sheesh, $110 for full synthetic with a $15 coupon out the door. Hurt my heart paying that much. That said, if I ever do return, it’s because of her guest connection and engagement skills. World class. 9.4/10

  Hi, this is my first time going here to get my emissions, but it was very convenient who I was so I popped in! I am so glad I did! The staff was very kind, very professional, very knowledgeable and the service was very fast. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them.
