I came in because I was having an issue with one of my tires and ultimately had a tire replaced. My tire light was still on and out of caution Shortly afterward I called the establishment noting that my driver side rear looked worn ( where nail was) and my driver side front look new and the lady said they rotated the tires it needs to recalibrate and the light would go off. I added air to be safe, then recalibrated it myself and it went off. A couple days later my tire-pressure warning came back on. When I checked the vehicle, I found a nail in the rear driver tire (practically the same picture) and had to return to the shop because it appeared the original issue had not been properly identified. To their credit, they looked at the vehicle again when I returned, but the experience left me frustrated and without confidence in the original service. I ended up paying for a tire replacement while still having to come back to address the tire that actually had the visible nail. Make sure you visually confirm which tire before they do work. I chose not to argue about the charge, but after this experience, I cannot in good conscience take my vehicle or any of my parents vehicles (as they are in my care) to this location.

Darryl was fabulous to work with! He was able to assist me with a blown out tire and went above and beyond by changing out the tire in the parking lot to ensure I didn’t damage the wheel by driving on it to get the car inside the shop.

Do not go here! I went here on Sunday to get my tire checked to make sure I didn’t puncture it when I ran over an object on the road. I get there thinking it shouldn’t take them long to figure out if my tire is going flat. I inform the guy behind the counter that I just wanted to make sure everything with my tire was alright because I had a flight to catch. He understood and told me they will check and see. He then takes my keys and I end up going to the car and just getting my backpack from the front seat. Not thinking at the time, I left my suitcase in the trunk. All I had in my suitcase was used clothes, work clothes, used and worn shoes, and my hygiene products. They had no business going through my trunk or suitcase. They took just about all of my used clothes. Since it was nothing but men in the shop, I didn’t think that what I had in my suitcase would be of any value to them especially since nothing was brand new. Either way, they should had never went through my belongings. They knew I was going to the airport and this was the only thing that changed with my normal routine of going to the airport. I normally travel every week for work, so I fly out about 2 weeks every month. When I got to the airport my bag weighed 10lbs less than what it normally weighs, so I didn’t put two and two together until now. So please, please just be weary of going here to get any work done. They will rummage through your things and take whatever they want. It’s very unfortunate that you have people that will steal peoples’ things and not think twice about it. I really want some repercussions done.

Darrell Heard was a superb service manager. He talked to disabled veteran in plain English with advice of keeping his car service. This wasn’t his first car, but he needed advice from someone other than his parents about maintenance, stick with who will know you and service your car. I’m grateful and satisfied with my 1st time visit at Greenbriar Goodyear. Great customer service Mr Heard. Excellent
