I have taken my car here twice in the past year, both for claim-related repairs where another party was at fault so I was dealing with another insurance. Gerber has made otherwise stressful situations easy for me and the repairs have been quality both times. The first repair was right before I had to leave on a long trip and they completed it very quickly so I would be able to take my car home before I left the trip which I really appreciated. I was in no rush for the second repair but they still pre-ordered the parts and completed it in about 3 days and kept me updated the whole time. They also helped me with a misunderstanding on payment from the other party's insurance company without hassle. Service is great, I don't remember who helped me the first time but this past time was Chloe so shout out to Chloe!
The estimator got an attitude with me because I asked her why they didn’t give me a curiosity call and tell me my car was broken into. My car was seriously damaged but they decided to take their time moving it which led to my car being broken into 3 times within a week… they then proceeded to lie to my insurance and blamed it on me. lol they don’t take accountability nor care for the people. If it’s something simple I'll trust them but if it’s something that passes paint or glass. Don’t trust them. All I wanted was a call and they failed to do that. Then to get mad at me for asking questions is ridiculously. Get a new estimator that knows what they are doing.
I had an excellent experience with this body shop from start to finish. The team was professional, and honest.They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and made everything stress-free.
The quality of the work was outstanding — my car looks terrific. The paint match was perfect, the repairs were flawless, and their customer service and communication was terrific.
I truly appreciated their integrity, fair pricing, and commitment to doing the job right. I would highly recommend this shop.
Do not go to this place. Their customer service is atrocious. I went in and asked for a quote. They promised to follow up in an hour and never did. I had to reach out to them. Then when I asked for the exact cost they gave me a cost and then added at the end (after I had to ask) that this did not include labor. They did nothing to make this easy and are terrible employees. Do not ever use this spot. The other locations may be great but the one in Midtown is deplorable.

This is the worst body shop! We got into a collision it was the other driver’s fault. USAA uses them and from the start it was stretchy but we still moved forward. The bumper on our Mercedes was replaced and it wasn’t flushed. They blamed us for the bumper not fitting. Saying we bought the car that way (had this car since 2014 brand new) then they said we had another accident. How when the car has been in there possession for 2 months. When we got it back they tried to fix it but still wasn’t flushed to the headlight like how it is supposed to be.
