  Marcus was the engineer who completed my oil change and I must say he was very professional and informative with my whole service. My service was very fast and friendly and afterwards my car so smoothly because of Marcus I can in a little upset and left with a smile on my face. Thank you for handling me so swiftly with care. I’m the owner of the Mercedes Benz that came yesterday I will see you all again.

  Chris helped me out today with my oil change and brake light replacement. He had amazing customer service and was so helpful! All the gentlemen working today had great attitudes 🙌🏾 So thankful for a quick and stress free service!

  An absolute scam! Tried to upsell me stuffs and told me the test will fail if I don’t buy that thing. I went in to do emission test today, the mechanic checked the car and told me I need a pin post too for $40 on top of the $25 for emission test and without the pin post the test would fail. I knew exactly they were upselling and scaring me, so I left immediately. Then I went to another workshop just right down the road, they did my emission test for $25 and it passed with no problem and they didn’t even mentioned the need for a pin post. This is an awful business for purposefully upselling and using scare tactics. If you don’t want to get scammed, better avoid this place.

  I recently went to this Express Oil Change Location to get my oil changed and it was the best experience. Marcus was knowledgeable and super friendly when I was deciding which oil to use. This place has great customer service and my oil change didn't take long at all. I would 100% recommend this place - Thanks Marcus you were fantastic!

  I came to this location to get an oil change. The man recommended a air filter and I told him that was ok. I left but I only got about 1 min away before my car sent a signal telling me to stop immediately and pull to the side of the road. I did this and my car would not start again. They sent some guy (im assuming it was the manager Albert) he lied and said it was the gas and it absolutely was not!!! I ended up paying another mechanic to come look at the car. He said that something had gotten stuck in the throttle body at some point during this process. These people took 0 accountability!!! Albert hung up in my face the 2 times we talked and basically said they were going to do nothing to solve this problem. I don’t trust them and I do not recommend bringing your car here. Ill be contacting corporate so hopefully no one else has to go through this. If my car didn’t have the safety feature that shut the car off id probably have to spend way more money.
