I came in for an oil change today and Tay and Chris were so kind and helpful. I ended up in the middle of a work crisis right when I pulled up so my attention was half typing furiously on my phone and half asking questions about my car and they were so patient with me! This location is actually out of the way a bit, about 30m with traffic, but I always come over here because everyone is so nice and helpful. Thanks so much guys!

When my daughter’s car needed service, I was dreading it. That quickly changed when I got to EXPRESS OIL on Howell Mill. There was no wait! I was seen immediately. They had the filter needed and advised me on pricing. Pricing was more than reasonable!! But the star of the show was honestly Breland. He made the entire experience so easy — he took care of her tires, all of the fluids, and made sure the oil was done correctly. He was so extremely kind and was able to offer me a discount for being a new customer. Go see Breland!!! Getting your car serviced done at have to be painful, he will take care of you!

This right here needs all the stars they deserve I have been coming here as a Lyft Driver over a year now I have never seen a better experience than this place from the manager COURTNEY all the way to his staff he is really a good asset to this company I have been having a minor issue with my truck he always make sure I am on the road safe I like his recommendations when I addressed my concerns he always makes me happy how things work and what I needed I had an inspection coming up in a couple of days when I said he through checked everything not only I had my headlights out he called different places that he deal with for parts and told them to have things ready I came back to show him not only he put the light bulbs and also recommended to come next week for a follow up on the issue I have I left out of there feeling I made the right choice for picking this store and Courtney to educate me about my car in order to keep it running I am thankful and thanks again
