- DRDavetta Harris (Ruffdraft)5 days ago1.0My initial thought was to just walk away. I was completely ignored for several minutes. Then, one of the service techs finally asked me what I needed and gave me instructions. Their car-side manner was suitable, so I proceeded to get my oil changed. The old oil was immediately dumped/drained. However, they ran into a problem trying to remove the filter. It was "on too tight" and they didn't want to risk damaging anything. Therefore, the filter was not replaced. Oil was put in and a few fluids topped off. Now comes time to pay.....I had a $15 off coupon that the worker refused to use. He told me to save it for next time. I was also charged $20 for a filter that was not changed. He told me that he couldn't charge me for an oil change because technically I didn't get one BUT proceeds to charge me $87 for fluids, labor, and that filter that I didn't get??? I reached out to customer service on 6/10/26 to have this resolved and have yet to hear from anyone. I will never do business here again.
