  Thaddeus was beyond professional, incredibly thorough. I usually come here to get my oil changed because they’re so efficient, but damn, he was great. He handed me a card with a QR code to leave them a review and I was already writing it. The chick who was helping preload folks in was also great, but I didn’t catch her name.

  Kind, quick, and efficient. On my first visit their system was down, and someone came out to explain what was happening and how long the wait might be, so I came back later. That second visit was smooth: they guided traffic in well, kept me updated, and finished quickly once it was my turn. Eric was great. He walked me through the options, answered my questions, and took good care of my car. My only wish is that this location took appointments. It's first-come, first-served, so waits can get long during busy times of day.

  I recently took my car to this location for new tires, scheduled maintenance, and to diagnose an issue. I really appreciated that they actually listened to me because I had previously taken the car to two other shops that couldn't fix the problem, while these mechanics immediately confirmed my suspicions about what was causing an issue and were able to replace the failing part. Also, they didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need and communicated with me every step of the way. They completed everything the same day and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this location and will definitely go back for all my car needs.

  I went by today to have emissions testing done after my regular locations were unexpectedly closed. Waited in the line in the parking lot for 30 minutes, due to two vehicles being in front of me (no problem). Got up close to the bay with one car ahead. Then I asked about emissions testing, just to be sure, even though it’s mentioned on their website and in reviews here. I was told it’s not working. Because of the way the parking lot is designed, I still had to wait for the vehicle in front of me to have its service completed before I could leave— there’s no way to turn around with others in line behind you. Extremely frustrating, and a waste of my time. It’s probably not the business’s fault if the emissions testing is down, but they need to keep the parking lot design and their customers in mind if something like this happens. It would have been easy for them to put a portable sign at the parking lot entrance so that others didn’t turn in and have to wait for a nonfunctional service like I did. Leaving three stars because I’ve been here before for an oil change before and had a good experience. But it’s things like the above that will have me choosing a different business next time.

  Well I visited this location last week after work. There was quite a line . I waited for about 45 minutes. The overall manager came around to fill out the card for my vehicle information. He started by asking me to fill out my name and address . I found that odd so I mentioned that. I could understand email address but physical address, for what? He immediately tried to deny service. He said very calmly well I could have the people behind you back out so you can leave . I immediately asked for a manager . He announced himself as the regional or something like that . I put a phony address of 1234 Nuna Ave lol. Now mind you what the customer fills out was highlighted. He then asked for my mileage . I said that isn't highlighted . Why because I was tired , that isn't something I normally do and he was being passively aggressive , I was super annoyed . He didn't ask of he could pull it up he said in an extra soft voice " so you don't know how to do it?" . I was over him . I asked for someone else to come and fill out the card. He said it was impossible. After pulling up into the next spot that was cleared and insisting that someone else get my information he called the service manager over . He was professional and took the necessary needed information by getting it himself. It took him 2 minutes . So I get my oil change maybe 29 minutes later. That was on Wednesday by Monday I notice my car is leaking oil . So again after work I return. Bott managers were at the counter. That first white man didn't say a word to me . He shouldn't be in management at all. The service manager came out popped my trunk and checked the oil level. And said " that's odd " . I said " what is odd ? It's low isn't it?". He replied " yeah" . He immediately pulled me into the garage . Lifted my vehicle and found that the plug for my oil pan was loose. They tightened it and put the right amount of oil back into my vehicle. I'm not petty . Nor do I run to place bad reviews . But sometimes you have to do what you gotta do. I received terrible service on my first visit to this place because it was a quick stop on my way home . My engine could have died . The service manager took great care of me both times. He even gave me a free oil change for next time. But there will be no next time . If custome service is important to you. Don't go here. The technicians are inexperienced and some managers don't make you feel valued. As if they would have a job of we didn't come there. Im good I will pay for my next oil change . I think ots insane that the nice manager thought I would ever return to that place.
