  After struggling to find a shop that could just install a headlight and brake light on my Volkswagen Jetta, they were actually able to and saved me so much aggravation. I had bought the bulbs but they advised me they weren’t the correct ones and got me the right ones and was able to install them. When ready to leave, they didn’t even charge me! Thomas was so sweet and I even asked him to please charge me cause they in there working and he assured me no and to come back and I most definitely will. Establishments caring about customer service, especially in auto care is more rare to find and it’s meant a lot more than they knew and truly made me day so much easier so was so grateful! Def recommend and now my go to location! Thank you again Thomas!

  Ryan, Kumar, and the entire team were absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, taking the time to walk me through all of my options when I was feeling overwhelmed and scattered. I truly appreciated how understanding and reassuring everyone was throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

  I come here all the time for oil changes and other maintenance. David helped me today with my oil change and he was courteous, professional and pleasant to talk with. I have had nothing but great exchanges at this location. Kudos to the owner for consistently hiring great people.

  I have been going to Express Oil Change so long I've forgot ten how many years. The whole staff and workers are always very respectful, Kind, and informative. I was having brakes problems and was assisted by Mr. Ryan. He explained the problem, completed the labor and I left completely satisfied. His integrity always leave me with the confidence that everything will be just fine each time i take my jeep in for maintenance. I get this experience each time from Mr Ryan and the team. This is my first review and i'm sure it's not my last.

  Omari Turned a Routine Oil Change Into One of the Best Customer Service Experiences I've Had From the moment I pulled into Express Oil Change, Omari made me feel like my safety, my vehicle, and even my comfort truly mattered. Before anything else, he carefully guided me into the service bay to make sure I pulled in safely without risking damage to my vehicle. On an incredibly hot day, he noticed my window was down and, without me even asking, turned a fan toward my car to help keep me cool while I waited. That simple act of thoughtfulness spoke volumes. Throughout the service, Omari performed a thorough inspection and took the time to explain everything clearly. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He didn't just point out potential future maintenance—he also showed me the many things that were in great shape and didn't need attention. There was absolutely no pressure, only genuine concern for keeping my vehicle safe and reliable. I was equally impressed by the care he showed for my car's interior. After completing the service, he cleaned and wiped down any areas he had touched to ensure there wasn't even the slightest trace of grease or residue left behind.
