I rolled up with some questions about an LED light bar that needs replacing in my 2017JettaGLI and BK was honest with me, letting me know that the part requires a full headlight replacement and would cost me more than I was expecting! His honestly already had my confidence, but then I showed him a little disconnected area I had on my rear bumper after tapping into something recently, thinking I needed to get to a body shop to get some work done and he literally popped it back into place with his hands! ...how silly, I'm sure some dishonest place would've let me send my car off and charged me a few $$ for a fix - but he did it right there and asked for nothing in return! I'm thankful I stopped by and I will be coming back when it's time for my next oil change. Thanks for all the help!
