  Currently dealing with this Enterprise on the phone. When I picked up the Ford Cargo Van, they were telling me how awesome and brand new it is. Now an hour later, driving on the highway matching the flow of traffic, I hear something in the engine bay and the check engine light comes on and theres a ton of white smoke out of the exhaust. I pull over and have been stuck on the shoulder of the highway for 40 minutes. 30 of those minutes on the phone with Enterprise while they try to figure out what to do. They keep mentioning how the van was brand new and it doesn’t make sense, which I get, but I am currently stuck on the highway and had a day full of scheduled pickups that is now ruined.

  This rental agency provides inadequate customer service, and their own staff doesn't even seem to know their own policies. We are fully aware that business rentals require insurance coverage. However, personal rentals clearly have a different set of policies; today, we arrived with a personal reservation, yet they insisted on treating it as if it were a commercial one. Or perhaps—simply because we are Latinos and speak Spanish—they just don't want to do business with us. I want to make it clear—and I fully understand—that commercial rentals entail different requirements; however, our reservation was PERSONAL, and they didn't even take the time to verify that fact.

  Had to make a long trip to pick up a load in Texas. Enterprise rented me a nice, clean & newer model cargo van. It was a smooth ride all the way!!
