  Overall: Poor Service and a Very Disappointing Experience I rented a 15-passenger van from Enterprise for Monday and confirmed my reservation on Sunday after receiving a call from Enterprise. I also called to confirm the pickup arrangements, but no one showed up or contacted me for the pickup. When I arrived at the location to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that the 15-passenger van I had reserved was not available. I was then driven approximately 20 minutes to another Enterprise location to pick up a replacement van. Unfortunately, the replacement vehicle was not properly cleaned and even had empty beer cans in the back. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I had taken the time to confirm my reservation in advance. I expected the vehicle to be available as reserved, clean, and ready for pickup. Overall, this was a frustrating and inconvenient experience. The lack of communication, failure to provide the reserved vehicle, and poor condition of the replacement van were all unacceptable. This was not the level of service I expected from Enterprise, and I hope the company takes steps to improve its customer service and vehicle preparation.

  I had a good experience with this Enterprise location overall. When we arrived to pick up our rental, they were very busy, but I appreciated that the employees continued to acknowledge us and let us know they would be with us as soon as possible. After getting home, we noticed there were quite a few moths inside the vehicle, which was definitely unexpected. When we returned the car, we let Brandon and Terrion know, and they were both helpful and understanding. They were genuinely great to work with and made sure we felt taken care of. They apologized and provided us with a discount for the inconvenience. Although the moth issue wasn’t ideal, I appreciated how the staff handled the situation and the customer service we received.

  First off let me start by saying I was going to leave a bad review but thankfully Brandon saved the day. He was very kind and actually helped me. I booked a reservation same day due to my car needing to be repaired up the street. When I arrived the guy that was initially checking me in basically said they didn’t have any economy cars and I would have to pay whatever the cost of one of the cars they had on the lot. I became very frustrated because I had to be back at work and I wasn’t going to pay $150 more for a car when I was able to book an economy car reservation online. Thankfully, Brandon helped me by driving me down the street to the other location on Ted Turner. He was able to get me an economy car in my price range. I really appreciated the help. He has great customer service. Make sure you keep him.

  The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The location on Courtland St NE in Atlanta gave me a Rouge with the oil light on. They never answer the phone. The engine went out after I had the car for almost a week. Called customer service for roadside assistance and they are so rude. While I was asking a follow up question the first agent hung up on me! The car went out at 8pm and I didn’t get home until after 2am. I live exactly 12 minutes from the location that the car broke down at. I called customer service at least 20 times waiting on a tow. Then the location that they sent to Uber was wrong! Three Ubers later because the first 2 couldn’t find me and canceled trip, I finally make it the airport for a swap and the guy there was rude as well. Like do your employees like their job?! I rented the car because my car was rear ended and in the shop. When I returned the vehicle the young men asked me how would I rate my experience. I said you won’t get a 5 star rating from me….loud and proud in front of about 4 people that were there for a rental! I hope I never have to get a rental from Enterprise!

  Was using this location consistently for 2 years and I have seen a lot of agent changes and a lot of issues going on that’s still not fixed. They desperately need someone to focus on the phones, you call and I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes until finally hanging up, never even got someone to answer and at least tell me to hold on. Never had phone issues when Bobby, Faye and those guys were there so I know it’s a being able to multi task thing. Also timing is a problem, you set a reservation time and most the time you are out 2 hours later. I understand every now and then but on every visit I knew I’d be here for 2 hours plus. As a Platinum Status member I never even fully got my benefits that online shows was owed to me. For example: 4 free upgrades a year. Last week I went in normally to rent a car, a computer issue happen with my address and basically the worker said he’s not sure why it’s not working, it happens “ randomly “ then just gave up and said I wouldn’t be able to get the car. Highly disappointing after I’ve been doing this already for SO long and have also been at the same address for 6+ years.
