  WARNING ⚠️ Sadly to say don’t have any plans when you come to this car rental location. I’ve been waiting for over an hour to pick up my rental. The staff not much to say about them. At least they’re here. The over booking of rentals is ridiculous. They don’t explain anything. They won’t tell you how long of a wait time. No communication. There are no accommodations. No apologies. Nothing. They just book you in. At least give people an option to come back when the cars are in stock. We the customers have also been waiting over an hour. You’re probably not going to get the type of car you reserved. You’ll probably get something smaller. This location is too busy and not enough inventory in stock. They are saying some people made their reservation for today. I finally asked for an update. So now my supposed additional wait time is 30 more mins. If they would have communicated I could have came back. I’m on a schedule. Who has time to waist sitting for almost two hours. ⚠️ THE ABSOLUTE WORST P.S I hope no one from Enterprise respond to my review with an apology or explanation. You’re not trying to do anything about this situation.

  Q at this Enterprise is great and I appreciate his help, but this location is in desperate need of someone else doing the phones. I have been dealing with a rental car for a month back and forth because my car shop kept not being ready, and getting on the phone to add, extend, etc was extremely difficult. I was put on hold for extremely long periods of time, often without anyone even speaking to me. I understand being understaffed, especially in this current political state, but there has to be a better solution than having customers on hold for an hour +.

  Whenever Traveling I'll always go to Enterprise for Car Rentals. Picked up Larger Vechicle which Cost $40 Dollars 💸 To fill up. Switched to a Smaller Car Cost Me $18 Dollars 💸 to fill up. Let down Both Seats plenty Room. Love ❤️ this Car it really hugs the Road and Safe. My Venture Van in Shop New Transmission. My Ford Explorer needs new Gas Tank.   I just made a mental note to always rent from Budget or Avis up the street rather than Enterprise. This location is always swamped with unhappy people waiting endlessly for their vehicles. Today I walked into a crowded room of people waiting, waited 45 before they even were ready to start my paperwork, and they said that I'd have to wait another 15 minutes for my car. Also they said I'd have to take a smaller car than I'd booked and didn't seem willing to reduce the rate for my inconvenience. I will say employees were very friendly and nice considering that they have to deal with frustrated people all day. Also, their fleet isn't great. Twice now I've rented cars from them that stunk of cigarette smoke, which is a deal-breaker for me as I am allergic to smoke. My new motto - Enterprise = Do Not Enter! Today I ended up walking the 2 blocks away to Budget where I drove away in a midsize car within just a few minutes.

  Not consistent in communication.that give you a time to arrive only to be told they don’t have a vehicle available after promised. Store full of customers with one person working behind counter. They Look more greedy that helpful . Btw don’t call they won’t answer the phone Herts or Avis might be a better option
