  My car insurance, Progressive referred us to Enterprise Rent-A-Car after experiencing a total loss of my vehicle from an automobile collision. Enterprise Customer Service Agents, Kerry and Sham made the entire process smooth for my insurance and me. I highly recommend Enterprise, this team, and this location for a 5 star experience!

  Really nice location. I went to pick up my insurance paid vehicle after a car accident. upon picking up the car, it was a very booked and busy week for car rentals, so I had to wait while they retrieved my car and cleaned and gassed it up. That took about an hour and 15 which was long but after it was taken care of, Kerry checked me out and ensured I knew the process. I had my car for about a week and had to extend it. I can tell you now, they don’t answer that phone lol. I called for 3 days trying to extend it a 3rd time but never got to anyone. But when I returned my car, I realized their phone be going off all day. So I understand a little on why they didnt answer for me. Que was the one who checked out my final return and he was quick and efficient. I really appreciate their service and ensuring I was satisfied with my rental. It was another lady who inspected my car when I first got it but I never got her name (check attached photo). I would definitely use them.

  This enterprise on 303 Courtland is always a disappointment. Completely unprepared at all times, don’t have cars available or lack of clean cars. Usually 2 people on staff and 1 other cleaning the cars and a waiting room on 8-10 people. It’s so unfortunate given this is conveniently close, but almost an hour wait after my reservation was for 8am! Corporate has to observe this operation for better service. Don’t even bother leaving a heart full comment saying you “strive for excellence service” actually do something about it.

  Friendly staff, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a rental two days in advance, arrived at the scheduled pickup time, and was told the vehicle I reserved was not available. Not sure why Enterprise would be scrambling the morning of my reservation for my vehicle. Couldn’t a vehicle be brought from Airport? They always have supply of vehicles just sitting. If a reservation is confirmed, especially by a company as large as Enterprise that also operates Alamo and National, customers should be able to rely on that commitment being honored. Instead, my entire travel itinerary was disrupted, and I had to scramble last minute to secure a rental through a competitor, who fortunately was able to help immediately. I’ve chosen Enterprise over competitors many times in the past, which made this experience even more disappointing. Being left without a vehicle on the day of a trip is unacceptable and something I wouldn’t expect from a company of this size and reputation

  Had an appointment scheduled for 9 AM and waited well over an hour to receive the car. Poor customer service and little communication from the woman assisting us. Numerous customers came and went while I continued to wait to receive a vehicle. They wouldn’t accept my Driver’s License that had a small fracture in it, but had all of the pertinent information completely legible. Somehow my identification is acceptable to fly on an airplane, but not rent a vehicle. Was able to add a friend who was with me as a driver.
