  Trash!! Wasted my day! My money ubering to the location telling me they had a full size car to drive only to try and upsell me on a larger mini van which i already said i couldn't drive and then to a premium car upon arrival! I am so incredibly annoyed!!! Such horrible customer service!! Avoid this location at all costs. Not to mention this was after waiting over an hour!!!!

  I have been meaning to write a review for over a month now but refused to let this one go. John and Krishell literally saved me with their above and beyond customer service that helped me to make an really important meeting. Thank you for your kindness and restoring faith in humanity! There was one other agent there whose name I didn't get but I'll be bringing that pizza by this week, John, for all of you to enjoy. Just reply back to let me know your favorite toppings and when you're working this week so I can swing by the pizza shop and drop it off. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  After a frustrating situation dealing with an accident and insurance, this Enterprise location made getting a rental car smooth and easy. They were able to get me in a car sooner than originally expected and they were very kind and helpful, particularly John and Grace! They were wonderful :)
