- RRRyan Rayborn5 days ago1.0Made a reservation directly on Enterprise website. Went to the location to pick up the vehicle and they didn't have any vehicles available. I asked if they could switch my reservation to another location nearby...they could not. What did they suggest I do? "I really don't know what to tell you" was the response. MAYBE we can get you a car by 3pm (it was 8am) but they weren't sure. It is LITERALLY the plot of a Seinfeld episode 30 years ago. Still haven't figured out how to deploy an effective inventory management system...

- TBTruck Driver BrianApr 11, 20264.0Better plan ahead .. for 2 days i had to wait to get a vehicle .. any vehicle .. but when they said THEY MAY have something, i booked a day before ... they came to pick me up, about 8 miles away .. that was great, because uber is nonexistent, and there's apparently only one taxi service in the town! I cleaned out a semi truck and took all of this down to Atlanta .. they had a nice minivan for me to take one way.
