The company will let you make a reservation and you will arrive to find out they have no vehicle available. I suggest you find a more secure and customer oriented company to rent a car.

I had a very long 48 hours going to multiple different rental companies after having a reservation at one company arriving and being told there were no cars and wouldn’t be any time soon stop at enterprise on Ted turner with a prayer and Jake helped us within 30 mins of arriving we left with a car hassle free. I am very greatful for Jake !

Car wasn't ready when I arrived. When I did receive the car, it was still dirty, barely had any gas in it, and had damage to one side of the vehicle. I didnt have time to wait for anothe vehicle at that point. When I returned I mentioned this to the staff and I didnt think I should pay full price. They responded to that with "How was the customer service?" Like my guy, I just told you about my negative experience and youre asking me to leave you a good review? Also being given an almost empty tank of gas and being told to return it with the same amount is diabolical. I know you charged the person before me for not refilling it all the way, why do I receive the card without a full tank?
