I cannot say enough good things about Justin, the manager at the Mavis Tire inside Dekalb Tire. I was facing a huge headache after Tires Plus changed my tires but kept my wheel lock key. When I called them, they insisted I had to bring my car back to resolve it, which would have been a massive, frustrating hassle and unexpected cost.
Justin took the stress off my shoulders. He offered to call Tires Plus directly on my behalf. Thanks to his intervention, the other shop actually dropped off my wheel lock key directly.
He went above and beyond to protect my time and fix another company’s mistake. It’s rare to find this level of integrity and care in automotive service. They have earned a customer for life…

I came in last minute on a Saturday to get my oil changed. Other shops in the area turned me away since it was near close, but the store manager Demerrius got me taken care of. He was very courteous and professional. Great customer service goes a long way and I'll be back because of his service.

Great experience at Dekalb Tire! My man went above and beyond for me. I pulled up before they were even officially open, and instead of making me wait, he went ahead and took care of me anyway. That’s what you call real customer service—looking out for people and doing more than what’s expected.
