  Today midday weekday exceptionally empty. Good as always. Cleaning stations are open. The only problem - the car gets hand brush soaped only from one side and with time you can see the difference. Need 2 people on washing entrance to hand soap the car.

  Yikes. I am a member at Caliber Car Wash & this location is a super tight squeeze. I must have gone during a busy time because after I got through the wash portion, there was no where for me to go to wait for a vacuum to open up. While there were people working here, no one was assisting with parking or provided a" holding area" for those of us who needed to vacuum. Not impressed.

  Great car wash and cleaning services. Caliber has enough equipment to handle many customers. The only challenge here is getting out of the parking lot onto busy Roswell road. But well worth it everytime

  Extremely disappointing experience. I came in today for a simple car wash, but they refused service because their card reader could not properly read my credit card. The problem was clearly with their system, not my card. This same card works everywhere else and I have never had an issue using it. What made the experience even worse was that they offered absolutely no alternative payment options. They would not accept Apple Pay, would not manually enter the card number, and would not even accept cash. So despite being a paying customer who was ready and willing to pay, I was simply turned away and told there was nothing they could do. I have never experienced anything like this at any other car wash. If your card happens to have a minor issue with their reader, don’t expect them to make any effort to help you. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall.
