  On April 21st, I went to Caliber Car Wash, and it was a complete disaster. The attendant just flagged me through without checking my wheel placement, and my car came off the track, smashing into one of the machines. Now, they refuse to take responsibility because my car is over five years old, even though this was clearly their error. I’m warning everyone: avoid Caliber! They don’t stand behind their customers or their own equipment. It's unfair that I have to pay for the damages to my car due to the negligence of their employee.

  This car wash is the absolutely worst everytime you go through it .. it destroys something on you car… I had a brand new 2025 lease and went through it cracked the mirror housing the black plastic part. Then I went through with my current car drove to publix and parked and realize it broke off my whole mirror cover to my mirror. I have not gone through no car wash but this one that break shit off your car I’m beyond pissed!!! Nothing on my car has ever been loose. This is the only car wash I’ve had something on my car break smh

  Caliber signed me up for an unlimited membership without notifying me. They started charging my credit card $43 per month and they made it difficult to cancel the membership. Don't use this car wash it's a scam

  I visited your Caliber location this morning and left extremely dissatisfied with both the level of service and the functionality of your equipment. First, approximately half of the vacuum stations were not working. Second, the number of functioning vacuums was clearly insufficient for the volume of customers present. I waited in line for about 15 minutes before realizing that several of the vacuums were out of order. After that, I continued waiting only to see another vehicle leave a vacuum area that was supposedly operational, only to discover there was no working vacuum available there either. The primary reason I chose your car wash was to use the vacuum stations after the wash. Like most customers, I expect that if a facility advertises vacuums as part of the service, they will be readily available and operational immediately after the wash. Instead, I spent roughly 30 minutes waiting on a busy Monday for the possibility of vacuuming my car. I asked to speak with a manager to request a refund so I could visit another one of your locations—which I know from experience operate much more efficiently—but I was told that the cost of the vacuums is simply included in the wash and that a refund could not be provided. As a result, my car is not clean. Because I was unable to access a vacuum station or one of the wiping areas, I was left with water spots and residue that the machine wash did not remove. I paid $30 for a service that I was ultimately unable to fully use. What is particularly frustrating is that the only notice about the broken vacuums was a small printed sign placed on top of the machines. This is not an adequate way to notify customers, especially when the vacuum service is a major reason people choose your facility. A clearly visible sign at the entrance or before payment would prevent customers from wasting both their time and money. I was initially excited to see your location because I had previously been a wash club member before moving. I came today intending to try the service again and, if satisfied, potentially restart my membership. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that I will not be returning. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both equipment maintenance and customer communication moving forward.
