  Alberto was super helpful and very knowledgeable. We brought pathfinders in very dirty and after just one wash it looked like a brand new car. Thanks Alberto.

  This used to be one of my favorite locations but it's going downhill fast. When you come here now there's never any clean towels to dry your car and left side of the car wash doesn't 3ven touch the car at all just the right side does. So obviously the location is poorly managed and poorly maintained compared to the other locations. On top of that today's visit no one was outside so when the gate didn't open I blew the horn twice no one responded I waited 2 to 3 minutes for anybody to come outside and finally address it and they didn't even greet me. Needless to say I'll be using your other locations that are better managed.

  This is the review of this place . There are never any towels in the bin and if you go pick the towels yourself from the bin they tell you not to pick so many. Well if you did your job and stocked the the towel racks no one will need to do that . This only happens at the location . There is constant poor service here. You come in the evening half the cleaning station is blocked . This is the chamblee tucker location Based on the incident with your manager @ 1:29 pm . I have decided to cancel my membership in general with caliber car wash after being a member for last 3 years or so . There are enough car washes in Atlanta that no one has to be called out for picking too many towels .
