  can you post your prices for services? that way I can figure it out at home and not waste your time! there's a lot to choose from and I have a slow brain! I was there once with the car that was so filthy people laughed at it, me included, and got a much better car wash then I have gotten that other places. it came out CLEAN WITH ONE PASS ONLY! my receipt says custom and I thought I saw premiere some place but the card slip is half erased or smudged. I want to know what I got so I can get it again and add other services!

  Actually I do not know why this business is getting 4.5 stars. Their car wash and hand vacuuming facilities were fine. However, the way they do business is questionable. I was persuaded into buying a membership the first (and only) time I was there in January and I was told I could cancel membership anytime. Since I only washed my car once in this place so far, I requested to cancel my membership when they charged me a monthly fee in February. I wrote an email and got a reply from them (see photo). However, my credit card was charged again in March. ??? This place responded to my credit card company today (4/22/2026). The reason they cited for not refunding the monthly charge is because I haven’t followed their policy to cancel. I guess requesting cancellation through email is not something they accept in their policy. Legal? Ethical?

  Caliber Car Wash damaged my vehicle while driving through the wash. When we first addressed it with the team, they immediately took responsibility. Then the multi site manager took over the claim and told us that the car was already damaged. We then asked him for proof of existing damage considering we wash the car there every week for almost 3 years and he just started ignoring our emails and communication. It pretty disappointing to be called dishonest and a liar by a company you have loyally patronized since their opening. If you value your vehicle, then be cautious in choosing to do business here, they will never take accountability for anything it it goes wrong. They also have a habit of this, I have searched and contact numerous other people that have had similar experiences.

  I came in the drive through before my direct deposit hit and I only had cash to pay, which caliber does not accept and I was fully prepared to be turned away, but Jeff (I think that was his name?) was kind enough to let me pull forward. Not only was the staff kind and attentive, but the service was amazing! My experience here was fantastic and I will definitely be coming back! My only concern is that the light at the end tells you to pull forward far to early but otherwise this place is amazing!

  Subscribed her for over a year- vacuums busted constantly, no towels and the cars seem to get off track at least once every month. Moreover, I’ve never seen car wash employees more ticked off and disinterested. No idea how this place has over 4 stars.
