  Exceptional service, quality parts at very fair price. Butler was recommended and I recommend Butler. As senior citizen they were very good price and thorough.

  I made an appointment with Pep Boys for a wheel alignment. When I got there, they told me they couldn’t do it because my tires were more than four years old. It would’ve been nice if they informed me of that before I got there. So after I left, I was driving down Wieuca Road and I ended up at Butler Tires On Roswell Road. . I walked in. They said they would be happy to align my wheels. All staff were extremely nice and informative. The job was done from start to finish in 30 minutes. The price of the wheel alignment was higher than it was going to be at Pep Boys.. but at least I could get service at Butler Tires and was treated very well.

  Imagine you buy new tires and the shop doing the installation decides to not finish the job with tire balancing or wheel alignment and tells you your car is too old, leaving you stressed at 4:30pm to find another place to finish the job. That is exactly what Mavis tire on Cheshire Bridge did to me. Fortunately, my mechanic recommended Butler Tire. I called and spoke with Jason here. He was horrified at how I was treated and had me come in right away, and the shop was super understanding of me trying to get through rush hour traffic. These folks went above and beyond correcting Mavis’ screw up. They could have said, “ No, sorry you didn't buy your tires with us”, but they didn't. They put my needs first before their shop profits. This was phenomenal customer service! Tyler was very thorough with fully inspecting my older car and showed great care and was willing to discuss repairs to let me keep my older, beloved vehicle and set reasonable, honest expectations. I was not treated as “less than” because I own an older car. I was treated with the same respect and care as someone with a new Porsche. When I had to get my tires balanced because Mavis screwed that up, Jason and Austin went above and beyond working with my schedule and pricing and were absolute saints! The turnaround is a fraction of Mavis’ and when I bring my car to be serviced it's seen right around my appointment time, not hours later. Even if Butler Tire needs more time, they communicate with me. Really, as someone who rotated her own tires for years by hand, I'm pretty understanding on time to complete repairs correctly, but this shop goes above and beyond! I cannot recommend this shop enough! 10 stars! Any tire issues, I’ll have my car towed here before I visit a chain shop.

  Highly recommend! He did an amazing job on both my car and my husband’s car. Our rims were pretty scratched up, and the quality of his work was excellent—they came out looking like new. He was extremely professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. The entire process was smooth and the turnaround was quick. If you need your rims repaired, definitely go to him. Great service and high-quality work!

  I had an amazing experience at Goodyear on Hammond Drive! The team went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle taken care of and back on the road as quickly as possible. From start to finish, everyone was professional, helpful, and made the entire process stress-free. A special shoutout to Mike and Alonso for their outstanding customer service. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed, and truly made me feel valued as a customer. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care, and they definitely do.
