  Terrible service! I had a vehicle reservation for later on in the day. When I got off flight I went to desk where I met two employees (black email unknown names). I wasn’t greet all I could notice by there gesture was that they didn’t like their job. Anyway, I gave them my information , they ask for card and id, given. Ask about protection, I said I declined. They asked for my insurance details, that was given. They said they had to call to verify. Insurance company was closed so they couldn’t verify and stated I have to use their insurance. I stated my insurance effective date was a week ago, what do u think changed since then? Both employees started side talking, rolling eyes and laughing. Then they asked for my flight information and stated it was wrong, in which I shown her the detail and she stated it wasn’t popping up on her end. I ended up leaving and going next door to Enterprise where I paid no deposit with my debit card, fast/professional service and I was able to chose the car I wanted. I’ll neverrr rent from Budget everr again.

  Worst customer service. The website allowed for a 3pm pick on a Sunday, apparently they close at 3pm. After feeling like I’m completely inconveniencing them, they didn’t even have the car I booked that morning. Their advice is to go to the Atlanta airport (over an hour away) and the “might” be able to help. There was another person ahead of me in a similar situation and they booked theirs days ago and paid online and they also gave their car away and was rude to them as well. NEVER rent or book with this company.

  We had a great experience picking up the car we reserved through Costco. The guy at the front, Kason (I think his name was this), was very professional, quick and got us in a nice clean car.

  Renting a car from this company was a sham of a disaster because it came through secondary carrier. To update my rental was full of shams to garner additional charges that made thecexperience a very confusing ordeal of a disaster. Originally the rental was to occur from the downtown Atlanta location on Coutland Street. A day or two before the rental I called to verify the economy vehicle as comfirmed as an SUV. I insisted and was told they may not have my car and and may pitentially move me to an up next class up upgrade and the upgrade would be charged to me. Additionally It could not be guaranteed and I would need to pick up from the airport where there was a much larger car assortment and availability. The rental moved from Budget to Thrifty car rental. When I arrived at the airport car rental, it was overwhelmed with people beyond the line corals. (Prior to arrival, I called to let them know earlier to let the car rental,secondary, told me it would be a $50 charge. Shocked I said cancel it all. He paused, put me on hold, and came stating the $50 waived. I then hunted # for car rental direct. They told me I had a 2 hour automatic late pick up. I arrived with an hour to spare.) I waited an additional 2 and half hours in line. After that I had to go to a Hertz garage to get my rental. From Budget to Thrifty to Hertz! If that is not a bunch of confusion, what is? Always deal direct with the company not secondary ones coordinators who can't meet car rental preferences and rental charges that increase with any variation. This is madness. I turn my car in tomorrow. I have never had this kind of chaos every step of the way.

  There is a young man who is lightskin, he is VERY RUDE. Disgusting attitude and energy. Why even work in a field where u are there to help people and have no compassion, care, or patience? I’m so tired of these grumpy humans.
