  Very Disappointing Experience With Budget Car Rental I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Budget Car Rental. I made my reservation through Priceline and selected an SUV. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was told they did not have the SUV I originally reserved and that my only option was a moving van. This was completely unacceptable. The employee was also very rude and spoke extremely fast while explaining the situation, which made it feel like he was trying to confuse me rather than actually help resolve the issue. What made the situation even more frustrating was that my Priceline reservation clearly showed that I had already paid $64 for car protection. However, I was then told I would have to pay an additional $49 for Budget’s protection. I questioned why I would have to pay for protection again when I had already paid for it through my reservation, but I did not receive a reasonable explanation. I ultimately did not take the rental because the entire experience felt misleading and unacceptable. I reserved and paid for a specific type of vehicle and protection, only to arrive and be told something completely different. I am extremely upset and disappointed. Customers should not arrive expecting the vehicle and coverage they reserved, only to be pressured into paying additional fees or accepting a completely different vehicle. I would not recommend this experience to anyone, and I will not be using Budget again.

  Made a reservation and then they didn't have a car when it was time to get the vehicle. They shouldn't take a reservation if they don't have the cars. I was left stranded because of budget.

  The service i received today was supar. The light skinned gentleman was extremely rude and too busy to answer any questions that I had for him. The younger gentleman was very nice. He was a little taller. I was going to not get the review based My conversation with a younger gentleman, but I had to let the owners know that this guy that's working in your Front Desk is very very rude. You guys are advertising cars that you do not have your location which is unacceptable and that needs to be changed. I would appreciate it if you could update your website to the inventory that you have on site I have plans for the weekend and now I have to drive a minivan which is unacceptable. And the lights, Can gentleman who I assume is the manager really didn't apologize or try to find me the vehicle that I needed. I know he could've called another location to look to see if they had the car that I rented online.

  Nous sommes arrivés dans cette agence Budget au mois de juillet 2026, complètement perdus et assez désespérés : une autre agence venait de refuser notre carte bancaire européenne et notre road trip en famille était sérieusement compromis. L'équipe de Budget a été d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme incroyables. Ils ont trouvé très rapidement une solution pour nous permettre de louer une voiture pour 6 personnes et poursuivre notre voyage jusqu'à Philadelphie. Le véhicule dont nous avions besoin n'étant pas disponible directement à l'agence, nous avons simplement dû aller le récupérer à l'aéroport d'Atlanta, ce qui était parfaitement compréhensible vu notre demande de dernière minute. Et le véhicule était vraiment super : très confortable, spacieux, parfaitement adapté à notre famille et aux nombreux kilomètres que nous avions à parcourir. Franchement, nous n'aurions pas pu espérer mieux pour notre road trip. Tout a été réglé très rapidement et, surtout, sans aucune mauvaise surprise : le montant annoncé au départ est exactement celui que nous avons payé à la fin. Ils ont vraiment sauvé nos vacances et notre road trip. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe ! Nous recommandons cette agence sans hésiter et, au vu de notre expérience, nous avons du mal à comprendre certaines des mauvaises notes que nous avons pu lire.

  Prepaid for them to NOT have the right car. Then lied to me at the counter that the class of car I was given was the same that I reserved and it was not. This is the 2nd time I've had that experience with the location. They tried to give me anything then wanted me to switch it out at another location. The level of disrespect for the customers time and money spent is beyond ridiculous. The tone adopted by the business was inconsiderate as well as inconvenient, especially without offering a discount for their huge screw up and inadequate inventory. As someone who's been a full service travel agent, managed customer service environment, call centers and owned a business dealing with the public for 20yrs, this experience SUCKED!! The counter service seems overworked (guy and likey underpaid) & surface level engagement, very unattached/not caring (lying), a tad condescending if you will (female)... Their prices are slightly better but for the hassle, the money is better spent at a different established... And I don't mean Avis (their sister company either). I would NOT recommend this location in the future and it will be some time before returning, if at all.
