    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down, the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! If you’re anywhere near Cascade, this is the AutoZone you need to visit! I called ahead because my battery kept dying, and I was on a tight schedule trying to get back to work. Trey answered the phone, got everything ready before I even arrived, and had my new battery waiting for me when I walked through the door. Talk about excellent service! Trey went above and beyond. He removed my old battery, installed the new one, and when I tried to help, he politely stopped me and said, “I got it.” He handled everything with such professionalism, kindness, and a great attitude. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. The entire experience was smooth, fast, and completely stress-free. It’s not often you come across customer service like this anymore, and it truly deserves to be recognized. Thank you so much, Trey, and the entire AutoZone team on Cascade, for making my day so much easier! I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and outstanding service. They’ve earned a customer for life!

    Terrible service with attendant Tea S. I paid for a pick-up order, showed her my I.D, card used on file, and my account with my information and still refuse to give me my order because my first name is different. This was petty; to refuse a $40 order for fraud??? Thats already been paid for!?!?! Ill never come here again.
