They didn’t have any idea what they were talking about and were incredibly rude, but I brushed it off. Second time I came in, I had the exact same kind of experience. They literally told me they refused to and couldn’t do a standard scan for my car unless it has the check engine light on and he was being so rude and talking to me like I was stupid. My dad managed a whole region of Autozones for over a decade, so I’m not ignorant to cars, and as soon as I said on sentence he started talking to me like I was stupid. Literally my ford app even says to go to Autozone to get it scanned. It’s frustrating to have to leave negative reviews, but I’ve been to over 20 Autozones across state lines and this one is the worst one I’ve been to. I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by walking in and asking a question.
