- SDSkylar Dewberry (Dewbs)May 1, 20265.0On my way from Kentucky my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe started idling rough and was trying to stall. I pulled in to this location and asked if I could have the computer scanned. Thea immediately handed me the scan tool and allowed me to scan my vehicle. I explained I was an Army mechanic so I could manage. When I came back in Thea looked up and printed out the codes / part list. I was in need of a Variable Valve Timing solenoid and a new battery. Thea really went out of her way to assist me with providing some basic hand tools so I could install the new battery and the VVT. This worked perfectly and the car is running fine now. I really appreciated Thea and the team for taking care of me. Outside I met Ray Charles. He was a nice guy who offered to help me with the battery. Although he was not an official employee of AutoZone he was still awesome. I believe he hangs around trying to be as helpful to customers as he can. He was very nice and even carried the dead battery back inside for me. Ray Charles asked for nothing in return and we had a great conversation. If you are in the area and need car support you will find Thea’s team will get you rolling again.

Once they installed it for me I was back on the road. I would definitely recommend this location. They were so patient, even offered my pregnant family member a chair while we wait. They definitely went above and beyond!!
