  Well I just called this location at 1:43pm on Tuesday September 1, 2026. I was hoping to see if they could sell me an alternator. When I asked if they sold alternators, the man said, "I don't know" and went silent. I will now be searching other locations and not going here. Someone needs to address customer service at this location. Rude employees

  I want to make it clear that the store manager was extremely kind, professional, and willing to help. My frustration is not with the manager or the AutoZone employees. However, customers should be very cautious about individuals waiting outside this location and approaching people who have just purchased batteries. They present themselves as offering battery installation, then demand a cash “installation fee.” It was not made sufficiently clear that they were unaffiliated with AutoZone, and because I was in a hurry and needed my car running, I felt pressured into paying for the service. I felt misled and taken advantage of, and I am extremely angry about the experience. I strongly urge other customers not to hand cash to anyone outside the store without first confirming directly with an AutoZone employee whether that person is authorized to provide services. AutoZone should also consider posting clear warnings or taking steps to prevent unaffiliated individuals from soliciting customers on the property. Again, the store manager was genuinely helpful and did nothing wrong. My negative experience was entirely caused by the people outside targeting customers and collecting cash under the guise of helping with battery installation.

  Today was a rough day for me! So friggin rough! I was mentally and emotionally worn out! I had no patience and I was vocal about it! The staff was kind, and patient, and in addition to good customer service, and repeated words of encouragement, they did their best to help me with my obnoxious tail light problem. Thank you! I'm so grateful to all of you! I wasn't able to express that in the moment but I most certainly can now. Sincerely, the 2011 Chevy HHR Lady aka the Soccer Mom Mobile.

  I was in a tight spot and needed my car checked. BeBe took time away from her lunch break to inspect and diagnose my car. I didn’t ask her to do this but she insisted. Jason then stepped in to do the installation for me and relieved her. There were two other young men there that were genuine and helpful during this as-well; but I didn’t grab their names. Im just saying the customer service here is outstanding. The employees are passionate about helping customers so I absolutely had to get on here and show some love back. This Autozone is a little farther from me but I’ll be going here from now on!
