  Terrible business, they had me come at opening time and no one knew who I talked to the day before. They told me that they sold new tires and mount them too. They only sell used tires and you could buy new ones for the price of used ones. I will never go there again and advise everyone to go elsewhere for tires.

  Absolutely horrible experience. I called ahead and drove all the way across town based on the information I was given. When I arrived, I waited about 30 minutes, only to be told I would need to wait another hour. The communication was extremely disorganized. What was most frustrating was that the person I spoke with seemed to have no idea who I was, despite talking to me just minutes earlier. It felt like every conversation started from scratch. There didn’t appear to be any scheduling system, customer records, or professional process in place—just a lot of confusion and guesswork. I understand businesses get busy, but customers’ time should be respected. Unfortunately, this experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed from start to finish. I would not recommend making a trip here unless you’re prepared for delays and miscommunication.
