- AMAubrey Miller3 days ago5.0Great experience! they offered water while we waited on the oil change, they offered multiple types of oil, and never once pressured us to get anything extra done. the manger alex was very friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. if you want an affordable oil change done by very nice people this is definitely the place to go.
- VDVixen Dahl3 days ago5.0I went to Strickland Brothers knowing absolutely nothing about cars except “it goes vroom and occasionally judges me with dashboard lights.” These guys were AMAZING. Alex McCord and Shamel Davis were super friendly, explained every step without making me feel dumb, checked extra things for me, kept great conversation the whole time, and were smiling the entire visit like customer service unicorns actually exist. One of the guys, Alex McCord, had literally just become manager FOUR DAYS AGO and honestly? Already killing it. Professional, patient, great manners, and just genuinely kind people. And Shamel Davis down in the pit AKA the dungeon was awesome too. Friendly, funny, and made the whole experience way less stressful. They even gave me little rearview mirror air fresheners for my car, which was both sweet and mildly concerning because I swear I showered first. 😂 100/10 experience. Fast, helpful, and made an oil change feel way less painful than it normally does.
