Despite being set up to fail by management, he worked incredibly hard, remained professional, and did the absolute best he could. However, it took an hour for a '10-minute' oil change solely because the company is refusing to staff this location properly. Leaving one person to run an entire shop by themselves is a massive safety hazard and completely unfair to both the employee and the customers waiting in line. 5 stars for the hardworking employee, 0 stars for the corporate management neglecting this shop."
