- CRChris RudderApr 21, 20261.0Pushy staff and dangerously incompetent techs. Been coming here for years after this shop helped me on New Year's Eve once after they were closed. Made an appointment to get tires and an oil change this past Saturday, mentioned I knew I was due for a brake job but I was having that handled elsewhere. Few hours into the job and I get the call, someone named Logan gives me an outrageously high quote for new brake pads and rotors. Turned him down, thought that should have been the end of that. Get back to the shop to pick up my car and Logan comes out to talk to me, trying again to sell the brake job. Mentions they offer financing, I'm not interested and turn it down a 2nd time. Logan again mentions the financing and their 0% interest plan. I turn down the same brake job for the 3rd time in under half an hour. I get that it's a corporate shop, someone higher up the chain has directed them to push financing options hard but I shouldn't have to say no three times, once is enough. Two days later, I'm having the brake pads and rotors done at a buddy's house. Turns out that three of the lug nuts on the tires aren't properly torqued down and are just hand-tight, we can literally spin them off. Making it worse, there's a bolt flat-out missing on one the rear brake calipers. The only reason to pull that bolt out would be to inspect or replace the pads, and they did an inspection here two days prior. There's zero wear on the parts so this isn't something that could have just vibrated/fallen out months ago or anything. Save your money and go to a shop that understands consent and won't actively endanger their customer's lives with gross incompetence. I'll never bring my business here again.
