Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.

Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Mavis helped us get off an old tire, which the previous place we were at wasn't able to do. They put on the new tire for us even though we didn't buy the new one from them. They were very efficient, professional, but most of all kind and willing to help us out in any way they could. Thank you Mavis!

Do not take your vehicle here for brakes. We had our brake pads replaced here and they squeaked from day one. I called and was told there is a break in period and it should go away. Well it never went away, and it was SO annoying. I finally had time to take it back by there and asked them to look at it and fix the squeaking. Spent over an hour waiting and they came out and told me the brake pads were "glossed over". I asked why that would happen in only like 6 months of driving as they should last longer than that! He said it "just happens" and we could pay for the labor and they would replace them. The labor was almost $400. I told them to just put my wheels back on and give me my car back at that point. I took my car to the dealership a few days later and asked them to look at my pads. They found that the pads were installed incorrectly which caused the squeaking and early failure and were cheap/poor aftermarket material. For the price we paid to have the brakes done here this should not have happened. Do not trust them with your vehicle.

I had such a great experience with Mavis on Epps Bridge today! I brought my truck (2022 Chevy Silverado) in this morning, with no reservation, and from start to finish they were all extremely nice, professional, and honest. Their pricing was very reasonable, and really appreciated how transparent they were throughout the entire process. (Check Engine light, "Service ESC" & "Service Traction Control" lights were all on)
Special shout out to Matt who took the time to walk me through everything they were doing, explained what they found and why the work was needed, and never made me feel pressured into anything. When they were finished, he even showed me the proof of the work that had been done, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was being treated fairly.
It's so hard to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, but I definitely felt that way here. Great customer service, honest people, Fair prices, and quality work. I will absolutely be bring my truck back whenever I need anything done in the future and highly recommend you do too.
Special Thank you to Matt, Logan & the amazing mechanic that actually did the work on my truck (sorry I didn't get your name).
I appreciate you all so much!

**DONT DO IT** **GOING TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT**
Went to location to have fuel injector #2 replaced (pulled an inj #2 misfire). Upon replacing injector #2 mechanic broke inj #4.
COST - $1300...... ONE generic REMAND Injector
Vehicle made it almost home before problem restarted.
Took my vehicle to another local shop that took pictures of the broken inj #4 (now pulling all kinds of new codes)
Very obvious Mavis Tire broke the injector upon replacing #2 injector.
Spoke to manager store..... then regional manager......
Was told Mavis would reimburse me since I had pictures as well as documentation from TWO other mechanics.....four weeks later. Nothing.
I have not exhausted all options other than going to small claims court which is very discouraging because I am not that type of person.
I emailed numerous times to their customer service email and was met by crickets.
Trust me just stay FAR FAR away!!!!!
