I cannot say enough good things about Chad and the team at Mavis! Chad replaced my lower control arms, ball joints, and struts, and also took care of my inspection. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and gave me an amazing deal on all the work! What really stood out to me was that he even came in on his day off just to get everything done for me. His teammates were also incredibly helpful and worked alongside him to make sure everything got done. It was clear that they all worked together and genuinely cared about taking care of their customers. You don’t find that kind of dedication and customer service very often anymore! I’m so thankful for Chad and everyone who helped get my car taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this Mavis location to anyone needing work done on their vehicle!

Almost a month ago, I took an older crv here to get checked out as a car for my daughter to drive back and forth to work. Got an all clear, other than a recommended brake fluid flush. I also asked for an oil change and an alignment, since it drove a little funky, and I left, spending a little under $500. A month later, a knocking noise kicked in, and the check engine light came on, so returned to this location to see what was up. A different person at the front desk told me their scanner hadn't worked in a while (which means they never scanned for codes when I first visited), and he sent me around the corner to the Mavis located almost next door, close to Brusters. The mechanic at the second location said the list of things right with the car was significantly shorter than the list that was wrong with it. Ultimately, the soulless crook who sold me the car after thickly painting over all the issues with auto paint, knowing it was for my daughter, is to blame. But had Mavis been thorough enough to notice the leaking transmission, or rusted out axle, or unattached sway bar, or failing steering elbows on all four wheels, or endless codes logged on the car's computer, I'd still have $5k to invest in a drivable vehicle. I won't be returning to this location.
