  This place is awesome and such a help. Every worker was kind. Nate fixed my flat tire so quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend serves here!

  I went to Mavis today for the first time and I was so impressed! From the time I called about an appointment to the customer service upon arrival to the speedy service removing a shard of metal that had wedged itself into my tire, the entire staff was friendly, efficient, and I could not believe that since there was no leak in my tire, they didn't charge me a dime to remove the debris that was wedged into it. Melissa was amazing, both on the phone and at the front desk. She was so friendly and so pleasant that this annoying interruption in my day ended up being the best part of my day! I will definitely be back!

  Mavis proved very helpful when my battery gave out on me two months ago. This weekend I had some trouble with the car starting and determined it was some sort of battery issue. I brought it in to get looked at and they very quickly and courteously figured out the problem and fixed it for free (turns out a terminal was loose). They were incredibly positive to work with, and I’ve been quite satisfied with this location. I’ll be doing any future auto business here.

  Wow! What a great shop with good hard working honest people! Been coming here ever since I moved to Athens. I took my car to a Mavis in Columbia SC and had front control arms done. When I felt something loose, I took in to this shop they immediately saw that the left control arm was missing a bolt and the other shop didn’t tighten the other bolts down. So it felt loose when I drove. They found the bolt for it, tightened it down, had me in and out in no time. They allowed me to look at the car while it was on the lift so I could see it for myself! True transparency and honesty! My family is full of mechanics and having some knowledge I can say it can be difficult to find a good shop and I’m truly happy with this one! This Mavis is in Great Hands! Galo, Thank You!!!
