  Galo was incredibly helpful with my new tire purchase through Goodyear! We had some slight trouble with Goodyear picking the wrong size but he helped me with the correct size and had the new ones installed in less than an hour. He even tried to call Goodyear on my behalf and work it out. He was exceptional at keeping the customer in mind because he didn’t make me wait longer for the correct order to be placed as I had already been there an hour and a half. He is truly the best and I will be back because of his customer service!!

  Went on vacation and our first morning going to the beach we realized we had a flat tire. We went to Mavis Tire in St Augustine Florida and the tire had a screw in it. Needing new tires eventually we decided to get all 4 ($1200.00) Well on the way back home we were 2 hours away and had another flat. (Big gash) We put the spare on and made it home safely. We went to Mavis Tire in Athens Hwy 29 and got a new replacement. Galo was awesome and explained everything step by step. 5 out of 5 stars.

  Amazing place and customer service!! I got an alignment and no wait, started as soon as I got there. Was out in 30 minutes!

  Morely is amazing!! In a time where everyone can use some kindness i Went into Mavis... I needed a tire mounted urgently for my RV as we were leaving on a road trip. Without hesitation Morely mounted and balanced the tire and sent us on our way for no charge!! This small gesture from Morely set the tone for our road trip.....thank you young man for your impeccable service!!!! Especially right now as the economy is squeezing us at the pump, the grocery store, etc. He made me feel like there's light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you again and keep up the great work!!!!

  Morley was super helpful today. My tires all needed balancing, but he clearly knows cars. His assessment of what it wasn't/could be ended up being spot on. Melissa was also really friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back to THIS location!!
