Came in for a tire rotation as they offer free rotation after instalation of 4 new tires. Which i had done exactly 1 month before this rotation. The moment I left, my front drivers side tire wouldn't hold air. Found a puncture hole right outside of the plugable area of tread. Don't know if they did it. But Im heavily suspecting that it isn't a coincidence. It was sitting on the rim not 2 hours after the rotation. I had driven less than a mile back to my home. No where else. Brand new tire only had it one month, now i have to buy a whole tire just 30 days after paying almost 1000$ on new tires. Stay away from this tire shop if you value your money.

Mavis Tire in Athens on hwy 29 just floored me by not charging a thing to patch my daughter’s tire. I walked in fully expecting them to try to charge me more than necessary and sell me services I didn’t want or need. After I let them know that I only wanted the tire repaired, they fixed the tire. They also kindly let me know that an alignment and brakes would be needed in the near future (which we knew), then have me the keys and said that there would be no charge today. Thank you Travis, I apologize for thinking the worst when I came in. I will let everyone know that this location is top notch!!

Travis at Mavis Tire and Brakes took immediate care of my daughter’s tire today. Removed the nail, patched the tire and checked the other three tires. In and out in thirty minutes. Thank you! Diane Moore

Travis was AMAZING! I showed up 15 minutes before they closed with a nail in my tire and they not only stayed open late for me but also got my tire patched up and got me back on the road in no time! They were super friendly and had great attention to detail. I will definitely be back!
