We recently rented a Jeep Wagoneer from Enterprise for a family vacation. While the vehicle was comfortable and drove well, we were disappointed that it was categorized as an “8 Passenger / 8 Luggage Premium SUV.”
We specifically reserved this category because we needed seating for our family and enough cargo space for our luggage. Unfortunately, the Wagoneer could not accommodate both. We had to fold down part of the third-row seating and leave some luggage behind to make everything fit, which reduced the passenger capacity we had paid for.
We also experienced ongoing Apple CarPlay connectivity issues, both wired and wireless, throughout the trip. In addition, the left-side second-row seat would occasionally get stuck and would not slide forward properly, making access to the third row difficult.
The Wagoneer itself is a nice SUV, and we did not let these issues ruin our vacation. However, customers booking an 8-passenger, 8-luggage Premium SUV may reasonably expect the cargo capacity of a Chevrolet Suburban or similar vehicle. Enterprise should reconsider how the Wagoneer is classified or provide clearer information about its actual luggage capacity to avoid disappointing customers.
Overall, the staff was courteous, but the vehicle did not match the expectations set by the rental category.

I love this enterprise. I’ve been going to the same location for years. The energy is amazing and the staff are incredible. The service is always quick and easy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and enterprise is my only recommendation.

I was getting my son and belongings out of the backseat unknowing that’s the vehicle we would be renting and didn’t need to get everything (car seat and base) out after the pickup, as I struggled with that, the driver was already inside and out of sight. They were also almost an hour late for pickup, even though I called the day prior to confirm. It took about 30 minutes of being on hold to finally get through to an actual person just to be told they were busy and I slipped through the crack although my reservation was booked over a month prior to the date of rental. The lady who did the check in and out as well as dropping us back off was very pleasant, friendly, and professional; however the other driver and issues from the pickup have left a bad taste in my mouth about this company.

Enterprise is my go to company for vehicle rental. Always professional, courteous and accommodating! They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied! A rare experience in today’s market! *****
