  My boyfriend and I rented a car here during a trip to visit some family and we had an amazing experience. The first car we found had a flat the day we got it, we asked if we could switch for another one the next day and the got us in a new car in what felt like 5 seconds. The staff very friendly and easy to work with! I would definitely come back.

  Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, literally made reservations on the phone. Made sure to ask what all documents needed on the phone, lady told me all I needed was my license and bank card that I’m paying with. I arrive whole different story.. not to mention I caught a Lyft there just to get told I need proof of residence as if my license & bank card # with same address on file wasn’t enough, maybe if I was told that over the phone beforehand it wouldn’t have been a problem but definitely felt a prejudice vibe. Never had this problem with any other rental place. What a way to start my birthday weekend👎🏽
