  The vehicle was listed as available on the website, and my reservation was confirmed. It was supposed to be a vehicle with 8 seats or more. However, when I went to pick it up, I was told it was no longer available and that there were no other cars to replace it. When you make a reservation, you have to provide your phone number, email, and other contact information, yet they were unable to notify me that the car wouldn’t be available. 368 Oak St, Athens, GA 30601 Store

  Worst rental experience ! Our reservation got moved, we got a call from them the day before saying our reservation was supposed to have been picked up. There was no changes to our reservation we contacted customer support to which the representative said & reaffirm the reservation time & date were still the same from when we booked. Representative said they will find a car & would be ready for pick up . After calling all day the day prior we showed up to pick up the car & the employee which was so rude by the way stated they did not have a car for us that we were on our own. Not even an apology nor was she trying to make things right. Calling customer support all they could tell you was that they had escalated the issue to be address.

  Informative staff. Respectful staff. Patient during the process of personal to insurance payments. Clean and reliable vehicle. I also notice how the branch had repeat customers same as me. That almost in itself stands out
