    I will never use enterprise again. They stole money from me. After calling this location, multiple times with no response I tried calling their headquarters. I left 19 Detailed messages With customer service. Customer Service verified that I was owed money, After looking into the account and the detailed notes. However, no manager ever called me. They give you dirty vehicles I had a vehicle just shut off in the middle of a Thruway. Customer service at these locations are a joke. Terrible company!

    I drove from Charleston to Athens to drop off. Two things to highlight with this branch. The guys who helped me return thr car is so freindly, nice and kind. Every word from his mouth was very warm-hearted. After returning the car, we were waiting for my friend and he kept offering waiting inside and other comfortables. Thanks. Second, the process was super fast. Just 10 seconds. No intimadating situation to me as a foreigner at all! (sometimes it happens)
