- BRBill RameyOct 29, 20265.0I was just helped out by the manager, Rick. Rick took the time to listen to exactly what my issue was and didn’t dismiss or take advantage of me not knowing much about cars. He hooked up a meter to test my alternator and told me that even though my voltmeter was reading 14.5 doesn’t mean that the regulator inside of the alternator isn’t bad. 10 minutes prior to that I was at AutoZone And the person that helped me there dismissed me and didn’t wanna help and basically just told me that Meter was reading 14.5. My car was fine and then didn’t need to check anything and when I asked him to check the alternator, he got very agitated and begrudgingly came outside to check the alternator so from here on out, I will definitely be going to advanced autos because the experience here was fantastic and Rick you’re running a fantastic store also sidenote Fantastic as well very clean and very well organized. If I can give more than five stars, I would give Rick 10 stars. Thank you so much Rick. You’re my hero today.

Rick the GM noticed they were the correct spec'd size but they were touching and rubbing together. He exchanged them under warranty and installed the same brand and model one size down. Workes perfectly!!! He was so kind and knowledgeable and patient with me. Great store. Great service. Will definitely be back for other car needs.
