Customer service was nice but my wife showed up for the appointment to be told they hadn’t received her tires so had to reschedule. Once rescheduled, I requested they give me the tire being replaced with half of the remaining tread life. They confirmed they would place it in the car. All this to return home to find no tire. Was disappointed in my experience.
